Rate Contract On Account Of Holding Events For Inauguration Of Machinery/Other Functions At Mhed Complex Shalteng/Other Places Of Convenience.- 1 Management, creation, erection, hoisting to provide the essentials and setting of infrastructure for the inauguration ceremony atMED Complex Shalteng/other place of convenience by the high profile VVIPs. The essentials for the creation and hosting of the event shall broadly involve /include as under. Any other item/s not mentioned here-in which shall be the part of the package or the suggested event shall be included or be considered essential /imperative for its successful launch. 2 Decorated Welcome Gate. The specifications of the welcome Gate shall be as universal standard one to meet the event requirements.The gate has to be provided with Silkon Cloth all around and fixing of fresh flowers around all the sides of the gate 3 Decoration of machinery by way of providing and fixing fresh flower garlands (Marigold flower etc) and ribbons etc. 4 Providing of Highly durable plastic chairs with arm for audience. 5 Providing of chairs, VIP chairs, VIP Sofas covered with a decorative cover including the tables (coffee tables) on hire basisVIP Chairs ..... 10 NosVIP Sofas - Single seater 3 Nos and three seater - 02 Nos 6 Providing and fixing of water proofpandalwithcarpet matting of following dimensions:length = 30ft, width=30 ft and height 10 ft. 7 Providing and installation of Sound System (Public agddress system) on hire basis 8 Providing & erection of Stage with masking 20 (L) x 20 (B) x 3 (H), podium for stage, stage shall be fabricated of MS angle iron/channels with wooden deck covered with carpet. The stage has to be provided with water proof panel, flower decorations complete in all respects. 9 Providing of fresh flower bouquet for the guests. 10 Providing and laying of lime for demarcation 11 Providing and fixing of the printed Flex Board / Banner which are to be installed at various locations including necessary accessories required for their fixing Flex banners 12 Flex board on MS hallow section. 13 Supply of memento for VIPs /Officials 14 Providing of High Teafor VVIP’s: The refreshment shall consist of Tea/Coffee, cookies, cheese pakoda, vegetable sandwich, fish fry etc.The refreshment shall be served in Bone china plates and coffee in cups. 15 Arrangement of kehwawithPampore shermal for officials/attendants, to be served in Disposable Cups and plates. 16 Refreshment for guests: the refreshment shall consist of Kehwa, mutton kabab,bread sandwich and coffee. The refreshment shall be served in Bone china cups andplates 17 Supply of portable mineral water bottles of capacity of 500 ml. 18 Providing of mixeddry fruits in bowls 19 Providing of Hand Wash Liquid 20 Tissue papers/ napkins of 100 no. each packet 21 Providing and Fixing of Masking /Tajeer (View Cutter) of size (6’ x1000’) on rent basis 22 Providing of Broachers of Tri-Colour cotton with logo 23 Providing of various items for Inaugural function viz , Isband Dani, Ribbon , Scissor, Plate, Flowers etc 24 Providing and fixing of multi color Flags of size 3 ×3 ft including iron rods of length 10 ft on hire basis. 25 Providing and laying of Red Carpet on rent basis 26 Providing of Sweets (Kaju Katli) 27 Cleaning of M&HED Complex by way ofGrass, Bush cutting of Lawns (apprx 20000 Sfts). Cleaning of Surface drains, Roads, Machinery Yard (approx - 6000 Sfts) Roller Yard (apprx - 5000 Sfts), fountains all complete with Brooming an wter jet spray.
