Lot-03 Restoration Work Of 08 Minors (Khareta Minor, Bhainsay Minor, Girwar Minor, Turna Minor, Nandana Minor, Karaundi Minor, Sarsai Minor And Akona Minor) Offtaking From Maudha Branch In District Hamirpur. - Cutting heavy under growth and bushes upto 7.5 cm dia including removal of roots with collection and removal 2 Earth work in Mar,Kabar, Rankar and Kankar Mixed Soil in Digging/Cuttingincluding lead up to 30 m.and Lift up to 1.5 m including dressing, making Profile and Manual Compaction But Excluding mechanical Compaction. 3 Earth work in Mar, Kabar,Rankar and Kankar Mixed Soil in Filling or Embankment including lead up to 195 m.and Lift up to 1.5 m including dressing, making Profile and Manual Compaction But Excluding mechanical Compaction. 4 Dismantling bricks or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of material as directed by the ingineer -in-charge within a distance of 60 metres. 5 Excavation 0f Foundation in Mar, Kabar, Rankar and Kankar mixed soils including lead upto 30 meter and lift upto 1.5 mincluding filling, watering, ramming, of excavated earth into the trenches or upto the space and sides of the foundation trenches or into the plinth and removel and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 m from the foundation. 6 LayingP.C.C. M-10 (1:3:6) with cement coarse sand of F.M. not less than 2.5 and crused hard stone grit of size 4.75 to 20 mm including lead 30 m lift 1.5 m, mechanical mixing & mechanical vibrator but execluding cost of centring and shuttering required for proper completion of work including cost of all material T&P, labour etc. 7 Class-150 brick work in 1:4 With cement , coarse sand including cost ofall materiallabour T&P etc. 8 Centering & shuttering for R.C.C. work in slab and bed block including all Material & Labour and T & P etc. 9 Laying C.C. M-20 (1:1.5:3)with cement coarse sand of F.M. not less than 2.5 and crused hard stone grit of size 4.75 to 20 mm including lead 30 m lift 1.5 m, mechanical mixing & mechanical vibrator but execluding cost of centring and shuttering required for proper completion of work including cost of all material T&P, labour etc. 10 Cutting bending and placing TMT steel bar for reinforcement with cost of binding wire with required for proper completion of work including cost of materials , labours, T&P, etc. 11 Struck Pointing in with cement mortar cosisting 1 part cement and 3 part of fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus 12 Providing &Fixing of wheel guard 13 Providing and Fixing of 50MM dia and 1.0M CPVC Drainage Pipe for Weep hole. 14 C.C. 1:2:4 With cement , coarse sand and Stone grit 12to 20 mm size including all Material & Labour and T&P etc. 15 Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-2 Class (Light duty) R.C.Cpipes With collarst jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 16 12.5 mm thick 1:4 cement plaster on brick manosnary work including all Material & Labour and T&P etc. 17 Providing and Making vertical steel gate for H/R Including cost of MS plate, Channel, flat and other required cutting , welding ,as per required size etc. as per direction & Satisfaction of Engineer in charge. 18 Casting of1 piece C.Ihousing including cost of moulding turning, boring and finishing proper size. 19 Casting of G.M Nut including cost of moulding turning, boring and finishing proper size. 20 Providing and making screw shaft 50 mm dia including cost of turning threading proper size 2500 mm long. 21 Providing and making heliflex werm gear box complete with werm and werm shaft coupling, thirst bearing. 22 Providing of bolt, nut and waser of size as per direction & satisfaction of engineer in charge. 23 Errection and fitting charges of gate and head stock assembly, screw shaft and other required material and parts complete welding with cost of trained mechanical person from Jhansi workshop to site cost of D.G set, oxygen gas, electrod and required T&P and transportation charges at site as per direction & Satisfaction of engineer in charge.
