Welding M/C, Cutting Set, Cylinders etc. 4. Fabrication consumables like Welding Electrodes, Grinding Wheels. 5. Supervisor in contractor scope. 6. Lifting and sifting in contractor scope. 7. Fabrication and handling of Plates 8. Material preparation as per AMNS requirement 9. Fire blanket and fire extinguisher in vendors scope and fire extinguisher should be monthly certified by external auditor. For bl anket should be in good condition. 10. One supervisor is required for safety supervision, with education qualification required (10th after that Diploma in Industrial safety <(>&<)> Environment Management. <(>&<)> Diploma in Software Programming) with min 10 years of experience, valid license required (One year Course), safety training required (1.HSE <(>&<)> F Induction Training 2. Rigger specific safety3. W@H ), medical fitness required (1. Fitness Certificate. 2.Ear <(>&<)> Eye Test Certificate 3. Colour Blindness Test.). Note: Follow all AMNS Safety Rule and Regulation as per Company Policy. All PPEs(Saftety helmet, shoes, eye protector googles, cut resistance hand gloves class-3, reflective jacket, nose mask) required for road/plant safety shall be Vendors Scope. Cut resistance hand gloves class-3, should be replaced each week and nose mask should be replaced in 2days max, goggle should be replaced on monthly basis without fail or PPE should be replaced in case missing or wear out, vendor should insure
