    Tender For Chemical Fire Smothering System Jobs For The Vessel Rm.0807; 1 Chemical Fire Smothering System Jobs- SERVICE COST 2 1.18.1 Carry out pressure testing of fire extinguishers. (50 bottles) 3 1.18.2 Carry out survey of system pipes and fitting. Repair/ renew as necessary 4 1.18.2.1 Carry out survey of valves (200) and fitting. Repair/ renew as necessary 5 1.18.3 Take sample of halon liquid from the extinguishers for regulation compliance tests. 6 1.18.4 Carry out maintenance of manual operated valves in accordance with operational documentation (Annex M). 7 1.18.5 Check automatic and remote start of system without HALON release from the extinguishers. 8 1.18.6 Carry out maintenance of measuring means as per operation manual. Undertake halon retrivel from bottle to measuring cylinder. Refill deficient halon as per weight/ as necessary. 9 Pressure Testing of Bottles- SERVICE COST 10 Halon Bottles - 1.54.7.
