Tender For Rectification Of Black Spot Gotma Chowk To Maruti Showroom From Km 70/550 To Km 71/050 Of Nh-353 (Black Spot Id No. Od-(03)-21) Under Road Safety Annual Plan For The Year 2024-25; 1 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. 2 Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m 3 Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 4 Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts and leads transporting tosite, spreading to required slope and compacted to meet the requirement Table 300-2. 5 Construction of granular sub-base by providingGSB-VI materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by place method with Rotavator at OMC and compacting with Vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401. 6 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with Paver in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 7 Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular sub-base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means. 8 Providing and applying Tackcoat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surfaceincluding cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.20kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause no.501.5.2, 502 of MoRT&H specification and direction of the EIC. 9 Providing and laying Dense Bituminous macadam Gr-I with 100- 120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75Tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4% to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with Hydrastic Paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compacting as per MoRT&H specification clause 507 complete in all respect. 10 Providing and laying Bituminous concrete Gr-II with 100- 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ton per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic Paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification clause 509 complete in all respect. 11 Turfing with sods / Furnishing and laying of the live sods of perennial turf forming grass on embankment slopes, verges or other locations shown on the drawing or as directed by the engineer-in-charge including preparation of grounds, fetching of sods and watering. 12 Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 408 13 Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces on Kerb Surface. 14 Road marking with Hot applied thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass beadsas perclause no.803.1, 803.2, 803.4.1, 803.4.2, 803.4.4, 803.6 to 803.8 of specification of MoRT&H and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 15 Direction and Place Identification Sign above 0.90sqm size board Providing erecting direction and place identification Retro- reflectorised sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 2mm thck with area not exceeding 0.90sqm supported on a mild steel two angle Iron post 75 x 75 x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60cm , 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. 16 Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm, die-cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 part 4:1973 17 Supply of Anchor by Panasonic make or equivalent elegant look 80 W AIO Solar street lights having 180 Wp highly efficient Monocrystalline PV module for faster charging of battery in adverse weather condition & 12.8 Volt 96 Ah LiFePo4 Battery (Lithium Ferro phosphate) Battery (BIS approved) which will be kept inside the luminaire house (Theft retardant type), MPPT charge controller & PIR Sensor to provide 2 days (24 hrs) back up in dimming condition . The initial lumen output of AIO street light shall be of 2 15000 lumens , lumen efficacy 150 lm/ w as per LM 79 report of third party NABL lab only in white colour i.e CCl 6000K (+/-500K). The LED chip will be of OSRAM/NISCHIA/CREE only or equivalent .The complete system & BMS has been designed in such a way to provide 2 days (24 Hrs) back up with dimming mode by activating PIR sensor and battery is completely theft retardant and maintenance free . The luminaire is having IP 65 protection for critical component like (LED compartment, Driver compartment & Battery) and is as per IP test report of third party NABL lab only. The A10 street light is having IK 07 (as per the test report of third party NABL lab). The Panasonic’s or equivalent inhouse lab is approved by NABL and will submit the lighting design for achieving the desired lux level of 40 LUX if desired by the department. The Warranty on the complete AIO street lights will be of 5 years. Supply, Erection, testing, commissioning of 9 mtr Octagonal pole and fixing of the solar street lights in the pole on the RCC foundation with Fabrication including exavation and base concreting by using necessary machinery of 9 mtr long hot dip Galvanized Octagonal pole manufactured from HT steel as per BS EN 10025/IS 2062 having minimum yield strength of 350 N/ SQMM having top die of 70 MM A/F and bottom dia of 175 MM A/F of 3 mm thick , base plate as per IS 2062 complete with 4 nos. En 8 grade foundation bolts to withstand basic wind speed of IS 875 Part3 wind speed . (Make of poles: Utkal Galvanizers/BPP/JK / Skipper /Valmount/Utkarsh/RR or equivalent) 18 Supply installation testing commissioning of 11 mtr long raising lowering type 20 sided polygonal hot dip Galvanized high mast in two sections manufactured from HT steel having yield strength of 355 N/Sqmtrhaving bottom die of 610 mm A/F and top dia of 150 mm A/F of sheet thickness of 4/4 mm to withstand 180 Km Wind speed by considering wind expose area and weight of Panasonic or equivalent 6 nos. 100 W AIO solar street lights having output of > 15000 lm (As per LM 79 report of third party NABL lab) , 180 Wp Mono Crystalline Panel and 96 Ah LiFePO4 battery, PIR Sensor to provide 24 hrs back up in dimming mode . The high mast must be supplied along with Manual Winch, AISI 316 grade stainless steel wire rope, 12 nos. M30 x 850 mm Foundation bolts & other accessories required for mast with specially designed lantern carriage to fix 6 nos. 100 W AIO Solar street lights. The high mast shall be erected after construction of suitable size foundation as per the drawing submitted by high mast manufacturer and then installation of 11 mtr mast on that foundation & fixing of 6 nos. AIO solar lights in the mast to provide uninterrupted lighting without any electric supply.The Make of high mast shall be RR Ispat/UTKARSH/Utkal Galvanizer/ Transrail/ Skipper/ JK or equivalent and Make of AI0 solar lights shall be Anchor by Panasonic make only or equivalent.The Warranty on the complete AIO HIGHMAST lights will be of 5 years. 19 Providing retro-reflectorised cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory sign boards as per IRC. 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause no. 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 x 75mm x 6mm size as per approved drawing as per clause no.801.08 of MoRT&H specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 20 90 cm x 45 cm rectangular 21 90cm Equilateral Triangle 22 90 cm Circular 23 90cm Octagonal 24 50 cm x 60 cm rectangular 25 80 cm x 60 cm rectangular
