Seamless process should be mention in the MTC. 3. Hydro Test pressure or Non destructive electric test. ( 10 % Witnessed by AMNS) 4. Internal Lab testing report ( Chemical and Mechanical) will be submitted along with Mill TC. ( 10 % Witnessed by AMNS) 5. UT Report for Tubes.( 10 % Witnessed by AMNS) 6. Flattening test Reports ( 10 % Witnessed by AMNS) 7. Creep Test Report ( 10 % Witnessed by AMNS) 9. Pipe Straightness Certificate.( 10 % Witnessed by AMNS) 10. Flarring Test ( 10 % Witnessed by AMNS) 11. Grain Size ( 10 % Witnessed by AMNS) 12. Hardness Test (( 10 % Witnessed by AMNS) 13. Dimensions and visual appearance( 10 % Witnessed by AMNS) B. Vendor has to submit MTC ( Chemical <(>&<)> Mechanical) -As per material specification chemical, mechanical properties will be reviewed by AMNS, if mtc and material traceability found otherwise material stamping will be done by AMNS and as per material specification applicable test will be witnessed by AMNS in NABL laboratory. 2. NDT Reports of All Plates ( UT , MPT) 3. Hardness Test Report (100 % R- reviewed by AMNS) C - Weld joints : 1. LPT as per SE 165, ASME SECTION VIII DIVISION 1 APPENDIX VIII will be witnessed by AMNS. 2. WPS, PQR WQR will be reviewed by AMNS. As per drawing hydro test <(>&<)> Leak Test will be witnessed by AMNS. Final Inspection will be witnessed by AMNS. Vendor has to Provide Performance Guarantee of 12 Months from Date of comissioning or 18 Months from Date of Material supply , whichever is earlier.
