Providing of Trained, skilled, and experienced riggers for loading/ unloading <(>&<)> shifting of structures, equipment’s, boxes, paints, consumables etc. 2. Valid height pass is required for all the workers for working at height job. 3. All the PPE’s FRP helmet, safety googles, safety shoes, reflective jacket, hand gloves (on regular basis), safety belt (harness) for height work, dust mask will be in vendor scope. 4. All the lifting tools <(>&<)> tackles will be in Vendor’s scope. (Including Belts of capacity 5 to 20 Tons and slings of capacity 5 to 20 tons as per standard length, D-shackles <(>&<)> bow shackles with TPI, Packing, etc.) 5. Working 10 hrs. per day (Including 1 hr. lunch), 9 am to 7 pm. 6. Vendor must depute one safety supervisor with workers. 7. Safety supervisor will be responsible for safety of workers and managing daily activities and taking daily work permits. 8. Job safety analysis (JSA) must be prepared and get approved from safety department by vendor before start of any activity by vendor. 9. Vendor must follow AMNS safety guidelines. 10. All workers must be physically and mentally fit. 11. Food, medical, accommodation, safety or any other expenses is in vendor scope. 12. Safety violation must be penalizing as per central safety committee rule. 13. Penalty will be imposed in case of non-compliance to HSE norms. 14. Billing will be certified as per scrum attendance sheet of workers as per punch in and punch out time. 15. Supplier to insure 100 % rigger availability for work execution: 4 riggers, 1 Foreman <(>&<)> 1 safety supervis
