    Tender For Outsourced Pharmacy At Institute Health Centre, Nit Warangal.; 1 Drugs, Medicines & Surgicals supplies. 2 1. I/We undertake to keep the above uniform quoted rate of discount on the Printed Maximum Retail Price on all the supplies made till the duration of this contract/extension of contract.2. I/We also undertake that the medicines/ drugs shall be stocked as per the instructions of the Institute Health Centre and dispensed as per the contract/extension of contract and no “Substitute Medicines/Drugs” will be stocked/ Dispensed.3. I/We also assure that all stock of medicines/drugs mentioned in list of medicines should be embossed “Not for Sale”.
