Tender For Various Type Maintenance Work Against M And R At Under Jurisdiction Of Edd, Dubagga, Amousi Zone, Lesa, Lucknow- 1 Removing of top Cover plate by opening of bolt and nuts of T/F and other internal connectionof T/F required for repairing safety and reconnection it after appropriately after Minor repairing work of Medium Power Distribution Transformer( 11/0.4 KV) insttaled at various site for sttoping oil leakage from T/F and other work as per site requirement & site conditions.Firm has to make arrangement for draining and refilling of T/F Oil,if required for carrying out the work. 2 250/400 KVA T/F 3 630/1000 KVA T/F 4 Topping Up/Filling of Reclaimed T/F Oil in T/Fs 5 T/F Oil in following capacity of T/F s up to 2/3rd level of conservator Tank for Distribution T/F having less oil as per Indent placed for repairing by JE/SDO.Filling up these T/F by Reclaimed T/F Oil upto to required level and carriage of reclaimed T/F Oil T/F Drums from concerned store/Site including safe loading and unloading at both ends. Complete in all respect as per site requirement ( Reclaimed T/F Oil will be provided by the concerned JE(D) ( Required Vehicle & suitable Container for storage of Reclaimed T/F Oil will be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost. 6 Replacement of old and Dameged H.T. Bushing rod including oil Seal/Gaskits etc of all capacity of Distribution Dts. 7 Removel of Old and Damaged H.T. Bushing Rod from T/F and fixing of suitable size new H.T. Bushing Rod made of brass with all nuts & bolts etc. including replacement of all old/damaged Neoprene Oil seal/Gasket set by fixing suitable size New Neoprene Oil Seal/Gasket Set & as per site requirement,Complete Job in all respect. ( All material will be provided by the Contractor). 8 Replacement of old and Dameged L.T. Bushing rod including Oil Seal/Gaskits etc as per required.Removal ofOld and damaged L.T. Bushing Rod from T/F and fixing of suitable size new L.T. 9 Bushing rod made of Brass with all nuts & bolts etc. including replacement of old/damaged Neoprene Oil seal/gasket set by fixing suitable size New Neoprene Oil seal/gasket set/Cork sheet as required and tighting of H.T./L.T. bushing rod Complete job in all respect.( All material will be provided by the Contractor. 10 Stopping Oil leackage from T/F HT/LT Bushing side. 11 Stopping of Oil leackage from T/F LT/HTSide Bushing.Removing of damaged oil Seal/Gascket set/gasket set/Cork sheet as required size new Neoprene Oil seal/gasket set/Cork sheet as required and tighting of HT/LT bushing rod Complete Job in all respect. (All material will be provided by the contractor) 12 Replacement of Old and Damaged LT PVC CABLE (Exept LT Cableall material will be provided by Department) 13 Replacement of LT PVC Cable of size 3.5x240/400 Sq.mm 14 Replacement of LT PVC Cable of size 1x240/400 Sq.mm 15 Replacement of Old and Damaged Suitable capacity of Auminum Lugs(All Material will be provided by Cotractor). 16 Fixing of Suitable capacity of lugs after removing old and damaged lugs from various capacity of PVC cable with using crimping tools. Aluminium Lugs 120,240,400,630 Sq.mm. 17 Supply and Fixing of damage spare parts of LT fuse unit & new fuse unit 18 Copper strip of size 1000x50x6 mm 19 Copper U-type spring contact 500 Amp 20 Copper U-type spring contact 300 Amp 21 Copper back entry with coupling & chuck nut 500 Amp 22 Copper back entry with coupling & chuck nut 300 Amp 23 Porcelain 500 Amp. O/G type with caller suitable for Henely type tailles fuse unit. 24 Porcelain 300 Amp. O/G type with caller suitable for Henely type tailles fuse unit. 25 Copper L-Piece for 250/400 KVA T/F 26 Copper L-Piece for 630 KVA T/F 27 Henely Type tailles fuse unit 500 Amp 28 Henely Type tailles fuse unit 300 Amp 29 Repair and Maintenance of Old and Damaged Transformer Earthing & New pipe type Earthing 30 Repairing of T/F earthing Strip if found rusted/damaged will be replace by new 50x6 mm GI strip & duty welded to existing earthing rod/pipe (All Material will be provided by Contractor). 31 Well type earthing of with 60 Fit Deep borring and providing GI Pipe 1.5 dia (B Class) and earthing must be joint by G.I. Strip of 32x5 mm thick long attached with nut & bolts and GI pipe cap. All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor. 32 Maintenance & Rapairing of Damage T/F Plinth 33 Plinth by Using Bricks,blasts or sand andCement.( All Material will be provided by Contractor.) 34 Maintenance & Rapairing of Damage LT Distribution Box Plinth 35 Plinth by Using Bricks,blasts or sand andCement.( All Material will be provided by Contractor.) 36 SMC LT Distribution piller Box with One Incomer and 3 sets of 300 Amps rewritable type fuse unit for outgoing circuits complete, connected on 800A bus bar. 37 Isntallation of silica gel breather wherever required. 38 160/250/400 KVA 250gram 39 630/800/990/1000 KVA 500grams 40 Maintenance & Rapairing of Damage HT & LT line,Tilted Pole, rusted Pole and Looping Chopping tree branches. 41 Resagging of damge H.T. line along with spare parts for various spans. 42 Re sagging of Damage L.T/ ABC Line, opening of ABC at service point from distribution box and opening of Consumer service cable after Re-saggingof ABC Re Connection of Consumer Service cable on ST Pole/PCC . (All the material will be arranged by the Contractor) 43 Replacement of damage/burned and Proper laying & commissioning of (3x50/3x95/3x120 sq.mm) XLPE Aerial Bunched Conductor. Only ABC Provided by department. 44 Opening and dismantling of all the wire and accessories from tilted pole and digging the pit for Strengthening of existing tilted support of HT/LT lines after strengthening of tilted pole fixing of all accessories and re-stringing of old HT/LT line with help of T&P. 45 Repairing of damage/Rusted Steel Tubular Pole by diggingof pit up to2 for proper position, Putting 3 Nos. Angle From of size 35x35x6 mm, 3 Long properly welding on 3 circle with pole than Grouting and Plinthing 300 mm Above level with cement concrete and sand and bricks ballast, (All material, labour and T&P will be provided by the Contractor) 46 Lopping & Chopping of tree branches for clearance of HT/LT line. After clearance of line through out pieces of tree branches of site. 47 Tax as payable time to time shall be paid by department
