Tender For Post Welding Heat Treatment Of Equipments Cokeoven Project o PR No. PR Item RFQ Item Services for line Item Quantity UOM Technical Details Other Details 1 27021912 10 10 10 POST WELDING HEAT TREATMENT IN EQUIPMENT 1,100 M Email : dibyashree.priyadarshini@edu.amns.in Contact : Name : Dibyashree Priyadarshini Item Details : SCOPE OF WORK Vendor: a) Complying all safety measures as per AMNS standards. b) In case of machine failure <(>&<)> unable to achieve the desired temperature of equipment, vendor must Re process the entire phenomenon on FOC basis. c) Post weld heat treatment to be done as per ASME Section VIII standard d)Scope shall cover PWHT of welded butt joints, branch joints in Carbon Steel and Low Alloy Steel Materials, as well as all types of welded joints e) PWHT will be done in equipment’s of Coke Oven areas f)24x7 manpower is required during heat treatment as per their convenience 12hoursX2shift duty or 8hoursX 3shift g)One safety supervisor ,One supervisor and technicians required for PWHT will be in vendor scope. AMNS: a) Providing all information about the job and SOP. b) Issuing work permits, height permits as per the requirement of jobs. c) Inspection and clearance as per description in line items. d) Certifying the completion of jobs executed. e) Providing technical support required to execute the jobs. Scope of Material: 1. Vendor: a) All equipment, tools <(>&<)> tackles related to PWHT work b) All safety PPEs as required for jobs, as per standard of AMNS c)Power cable must be 100 Meters in length. 2. AMNS: a) Scaffolding for proper access b) Power supply at work location KPI for Vendor: a) Job acceptance and completion to be 100% as per AMNS safety standard and quality b) Zero road <(>&<)> work safety violation. c) Deployment of manpower in time as per job requirement.
