Operation & Maintenance of all type of electrical fixtures, high masts, street pole lights, Solar pole lights, pump sets i/c whole network of electrical cable, panels, feeder pillers and other accessories at Fish Poultry & Egg Marketing Committee Gazipur.- 1 Providing electrical maintenance staff round the clock and T&P required for the period of one year for repair, maintenance & operation of all type of electrical fixtures, fans, pumps, electrical panels, feeder pillars, cable network, office electrical fixtures and other accessories (as per list enclosed installed at APMC office and Fish Poultry & Egg market committee Gazipur). The minor items like fuse wire,insulation tape roll, Soap,Surf, Dhoti,Duster etcshall be provided by the contractor free of cost. The minimum staff to be deployed by the contractor shall be as under: a) Electrician – 01 nob) Pump operator – 02 nos c) Helper – 01 no 2 Operation & Comprehensive annual maintenance contract of following installation i.c repair/ replacement of all major / minor parts. The mobile oil for periodic service/maintenance shall also be provided by the contractor. 3 5 HP Submersible pump along with control panel- 01 No. 4 7.5 HP Submersible pump along with control panel- 01 No. 5 40 HP booster pump along with control panel- 01 No. 6 15 HP booster pump along with control panel- 02 Nos. 7 01 HP Vacuum pump along with control panel- 01 No. 8 12 HP Sewage submersible pump along with control panel-02 Nos. 9 Repair /Rewinding of ceiling fan / wall fan/ including replacement of bearing, capacitor, shaft etc. as req. 10 Repair/ Rewinding of exhaust fan including replacement of bearing capacitor, shaft etc as req. 11 Repair/ Rewindingof bracket fan i/c replacement of bearing etc as required. 12 Taking out of defective submersible pumpset from the borewell alongwith all pipes,submersible cable etc from a depth of Approx 60 mtrs as required. 13 Installation of submersible pumpset in the borewell along with all pipes,submersible cable etc at a depth of Approx 60 mtrs as required 14 Providing the FLC machine on rent basisto find out the pin pointposition offaulty under ground armoured cable in existing cable network atsite compleate etc as required. 15 Supplying and fixing of 50 mm dia GI (medium) pipe in 3 mtr lengths with welded flanges at both ends ,nuts bolts ,water proof gasket etc as reqd. 16 Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade upto 35 sqmm size on wall surface/recessed (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) etc as required. 17 Supplying of following genuine & approved ISI marked material as and when required during contract period of one year.
