Tender For Special Repair Of Ramola Link Road-24; 1 PC Work 2 Construction of Subgrade and Earthen ShouldersConstruction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as pertechnical specification clause 301.5. GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53.22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for Grading 3 as per MORD Specification.GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules. 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules. 5 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 KN capacity, finished to required level and grades to followed by seal coat.GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules. 6 Providing and laying seal coat Type C sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall .GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules. 7 CC Work 8 Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing 9 Maintenance Charges5 Years from the Actual completion of Work for PC 10 Maintenance cost of Ist year 11 Maintenance cost of 2nd year @ 1.50 % cost of Work 12 Maintenance cost of 3rd year @ 3.00 % cost of Work 13 Maintenance cost of 4th year @ 4.50 % cost of Work 14 Maintenance cost of 5th year @ 6.00 % cost of Work 15 Maintenance Charges5 Years from the Actual completion of Work for CC 16 Maintenance cost of Ist year 17 Maintenance cost of 2nd year @ 0.25 % cost of Work 18 Maintenance cost of 3rd year @ 0.50 % cost of Work 19 Maintenance cost of 4th year @0.75 % cost of Work 20 Maintenance cost of 5th year @ 1.00 % cost of Work
