Tender For Annual Repair And Maintenance Of Works Including Coloring Work For The Year 2024-25 At Fsd Khurda Road.; 1 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 2 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 3 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. 4 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) 5 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) 6 6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) 7 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 8 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade and colour :New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre. 9 White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work (two or more coats) 10 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) 11 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work. 12 Re-lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture. 13 Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary:Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) 14 Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thicknessfor rolling shutters. 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover 15 Repairing and Greasing of rolling shutters at the rate of 500 grams yellow cup grease of good quality each shutter after cleaning with Kerosene oil properly including tensioning of springs/ replacement of spring wherever required including replacement of damaged stripes and side koni complete and making easy push & pull operation and removing the top cover and refixing the same after greasing with all materials and labour etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (This excludes the cost of spring and strips but including the cost of side koni). 16 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix 17 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 18 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping,under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturers specifications.
