Tender For Reconstruction Of Compound Wall & Providing Pavement Tiling For Walkway At Co2 Storage Areas.; 1 Providing and fixing cladding with 0.50mm thk Galvalume coloured sheet .Galvalume sheets of 0.50mm thickness shall be fixed on the provided structural members. using8mm dia Galvanised steel J or L hooks bolts and nutsG.I. plain and bitumen washerson crest of sheets with minimum end overlaps of 150mm and appropriate side laps .Fabrication of departmental structural tube of any size and weightby straightening,cutting and weldingas per approved drawing or as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.The fabricated structural members shall be erected in position, aligned to the specified line and level by welding/bolting.vertical postis to be embedded in concrete(concrete to be measured and paid under a relevant item), including cost and conveyance of all materials labour ,hire charges for tools and plants,cost of electrodes,wastage, other incidentals etc complete, etc.Complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge.(Finished area of cladding sheets will only be measured and considered for payment. Overlaps will not be measured). 2 Dismantling and Refixing Existing Galvalume coloured Sheet Barricading. Carefully dismantle the existing Galvalume sheet barricading, including the removal of existingstructural members with out damage to the material for re-use including demolishing the concrete foundations or supports where necessary to facilitate the removal of vertical posts or other structural members.Refix the dismantled Galvalume sheets onto the structural members using approved galvanized steel J or L hooks bolts, nuts (8mm dia), G.I. plain washers, bitumen washers, on crest of sheets with minimum end overlaps of 150mm and appropriate side laps.Erection of dismantled structural membersin position, aligned to line and level, using welding or bolting as appropriate.The vertical posts are to be embedded in concrete, ensuring proper stability (concrete work will be measured and paid separately),including cost and conveyance of all materials labour , other incidentals etc complete, Hire charges for tools and plants,cost of electrodes,wastage other incidentals etc.Complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge. Concertina coil made of high tensile galvanised steel wire 2.4mm dia with 0.5mm thk galvanised razor strips and 16G galvanised clip coated with bitumen black paint on wall with existing Y angle. Each coil shall be streched to 6m avg. length and having 50nos rounds per 6 metre length and tired with 10 nos horizontal runner wire of same material and type on either sideof Y angle with 2.5mm dia. GI wire and as manufactures specifications. Each coil shall be streched to 6m avg. length and having 50nos rounds per 6 metre length and tired with 10 nos horizontal runner wire and type on either sideof Y angle with GI wire, including cost and conveyance of all materials labour, scaffolding other incidentals etc. complete, all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 17 Fabrication of all types of structural steel works by straightening,cutting & welding using all types of steel sections plates,flats, angles,mild steel tubular (round, square and rectangular hollow tubes) of any size and weight as per approved drawing or as instructed,erecting in positionto line and level by welding/bolting embedding in concrete including painting with one coat of iron primer & Two coat Aluminium paint ,hire charges for toolsand plants,cost of electrodes,other incidentalsetc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 18 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and 40mm granular aggregate clearing manually in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish and debris within a lead of 3km including all labour, other incidentals etc. complete. 19 Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick of compacted bed of 6mm aggregate, PVC sheet,filling the joints with fine sand,finishing the edges with concret etc complete as per the direction of Engineer – in – charge.
