Tender For Repair/Replacement Of Street Lights At Age B/R-Ii Location Under Ge Gwalior; 1 Attending daily complaints of Gwalior Mil area by deputing adequate number of Skilled teams of qualified Electrician and helper (including saftey equiments gloves and helmet) any time of the dayfor repair/tightening of end terminals of street light fitting, flood light, LED strip on poles, High Mast light, Post top lanten of any size/capacity at anyheightand repair the street lights, Flood lights and Post Top lanten having minor faults i.e. loose connections, carbon deposition, renew the u/s driver of street lights, Shiftingand refixing the same etc and makethe light functional complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Complaint shall be done within 24 hrs afterintimation by JE E&M Engineer-in-Charge failling whichpenalty of Rs 250 per day per complaint will be levied on contractor (Complaint slip shall be part of the bill).(ii) Contractor shall be fully responsible for Complaint slip/ Job card prepared and submitted on daily basis ( Format as per provided by the Engineer in Charge.)(iii)This item pertains to attending complaints ofstreet light/flood light/LED strips on poles/High mast, MCB, & timer panel including other minor items such as insulating tape, screws etc as required to attend the complaint to the entire satisfaction of user/Engr-in-Charge.(iv) Cost of LED driver of street lightsshall be measured separetly under BOQ Sch A. 2 M&L for GI Brackets bending & shaping of size 32/40 mm dia galvanised iron pipe light grade over all length 0.60 mtr including necessary clamps, brackets and bolts etc to fixing on pole complete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply only LED drivers for LED Street light fittings of 60/70/90 watt complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type & high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics & suitable connection with photoelectric sensor complete with IP 65/66 protection including taking down old u/s light complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type & high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics & suitable connection with photoelectric sensor complete with IP 65/66 protection including taking down old u/s light complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 100 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type & high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics & suitable connection with photoelectric sensor complete with IP 65/66 protection including taking down old u/s light complete all as specified and directed. 7 S&F outdoor type Photo Sensitive smart & suitable connection with photoelectric sensor complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply and fixing in renewal LED flood light 210 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed. 11 S&F Weather ProofPVC Junction Box with TPN bus bar of capacity 40 Amp includingone SPN MCB of 20 Amp Capacity, Clamps, Nut Bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. 12 S&F LED Tricolor any description and writing the pole number in white colour on black background applying applying two coats at a suitable place on the pole includingPCC coping of pole complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply and fixing Tiranga (20 W) Tube light, 4 Feet1x20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size for connection complete all as specified and directed. 15 Supply and fix mini landscape luminaires LED facade light 12 watt (Red, Green and Worm White colour) fitting with high efficiency and glare free luminaire avalilable with integrated IP 67 and with 30 to 45 degree beam anglemade up of Pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with toughened glass, IP 67 protection and impact resistance of IK07 and individual high power LEDs, Inbuilt potted electronic LED driver with APFC (SMPS based constant current supply), lower THD, Open Circuit protection, Over Voltage accreditated report shall be submitted before execution of work to the Engineer-in-charge. 17 Supply and laying PVC cable along with earth wire with the size of 2x1.5 sqmm +1x1.5 sqmm earth wire of FR is PVC insulated aluminium conductor, three core cableas required complete all as specified and directed. 18 Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 2 core 10 sqmm nominal cross section complete including taking out u/s cable all as specified and directed. 19 Material and labour for painting with two coats of aluminium paint on all steel surfaces such as poles, channels, angles, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers of any descriptionincluding pasting of radium reflector band / strips of 5 cm wide in Green (02 Nos) & White (01 No.) colour shall be provided at a height of 1.25 mtr from coping of pole and writing the pole number in white colour on black background at a suitable place on the pole including applying one coat of snowcem on PCC coping of pole complete all as specified and directed.Note : If painting required on existingtringa strip light pole than contractor have resonsible to removing/disconnecting of tringa strip light from existing steel pole carefully and refixing/connecting the same after painting.
