Installation Work.-2 RUIDP ISOR 2023Supply , Installation, Testing and Comissioning of Air Cooled Cassette type Air conditioners complete with Indoor unit(IDU), Out door unit (ODU), R-32/R410A Green Refrigerant, wireless Remote, inbuilt drain pump, suitable for 400/230V, +/- 10% 50 Hz ,1 /3 phase AC supply, apable of performing cooling, dehumidification, Air circulation, filteration & ventilation of following capacity with Scroll /rotary/ twin rotary compressor. All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure A attached with this BSR . Inverter Type 2.0 TR ISEER not less then 3.5 3 lSupply, Fixing and testing of following capacity ISO certified company made wall mounted stabilizer having output voltage variation from 200 V to 250 V(+/-5%) with input voltage variation from 170 V to 260 V, time delay facility from 2 to 4 minute and high cutoff at 270 V with providing of 16 Amp /20 Amp Industrial plug top making connection etc complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure A attached with this BSR . 4 kVA 4 Supplying and drawing flexible / stranded bare copper conductor, PVC / XLPE insulated, overall aluminium mylar tape shielded ATCdrain wire and outer PVC sheathed industrial Instrumentation (shielded)cables voltage grade 300/500 V as per BS /EN 50288-7 in existingsurface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping / Cable tray / Open Duct making connections, testing etc. as required. OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for cables. Un Armoured 2 core x 2.5 Sq.mm 5 lP&F metal clad / Plastic industrial plug top & socket unit with pin and sleeve type contact on porcelain/ bakelite base in Recessed/surface mounting heavy duty Enclosure made out from Galvanized steel / CRCA sheet not less then 1.2 mm thick conforming to IS-8623-1 & 3 / IEC 61439- 1 & 3. powder painted (without MCB) including making connections, testing etc.as required.For additional technical parameters of product / work refer Annexure A attached with this BSR 20 amp, 2 pin + scrapping Earth, 1 Module 6 AProviding & Fixing of 240/415 V AC MCB with positive isolation of 10 kA breaking capacity (B/ C/D tripping characteristic as per type of load and site requirement) 4 KV impulse withstand voltage, ISI marked IS 8828 (1996) / conforming to IEC 60898-1 2002, IEC 60947-2, low watt losses, trip free mechanisum , energy limiting of class 3 as per IEC, minimum phase termination capacity of 35sq.mm. , conductor line load reversibility , IP 20 contact protection and fitted in existing distribution board/sheets, minimum electrical operation 20,000 upto 20 A rating and 10,000 upto 63 A, 5000 for 80 A & above rating including making connections, testing etc. as required. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test reports & All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
