For Nas Plant And Filter Bed -Repair and supply of pusher centrifuge and pumps spares etc. for NAS Plant & Filter bed 2 Repair of used solid shafts (Length 1400 mm)of Pusher Centrifuge by metal filling, required sizes of metal filling area (front bush area)as per dimensions given below Diameter : 110 mm (- .025 mm) Length : 175 mm (Mirror finish required) 3 Providing through hole (hole dia 10 mm) in the middle of the solid shaft (Length 1400 mm)and also provide 6 Nos tapped holes (Dia 8 mm)in the bearing area for the lubrication of front bush as per sample. 4 Repair of used pressure cylinder inside area by brazing, cylinder bore finished as per the size given below. Bore : 180 mm +/-.025 mm (mirror finish required) 5 Reconditioning of used pressure cylinder heads of Pusher centrifuge as per sample 6 Supply of new pinion gear for clarifloculator of filterbed as per the sample 7 Repair of used solid shafts of various slurry pumps of NAS plant as per the sample 8 Supply of shafts for various slurry pumps of NAS plant & filterbed as per the sample,MOC:SS316L 9 Supply of shaft’s sleeves of various slurry pumps of NAS Plant & filterbed as per the sample, MOC:SS316L => Limited
