Construction of Pucca drain from surikhana backside culvert towards Kanai sharma plot under Srirampur GP within Andal Block in the District of Paschim Bardhaman under 15th CFC fund for 2024-2025 (Activity Code: 99051684 Estimate No.:19 /O of 2024-2025Rates are as per P.W.D(R) Schedule of Rates, effective from 01/11/2027(Volume-I) with latest Addenda & Corrigendam - Excavation for Structures Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150 m. as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, and backfilling with approved material complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. In all sorts of soil excluding marshy soil & rocks (soft or hard) by manual means. Upto 3 m depth Without pumping out water and shoring 2 Sand filling in foundation trenches and at the back of abutments, wing-walls etc. with good local sand free from earth in layers not exceeding 15 cm. including inundating each layer by profuse water and poking and ramming layer by layer complete including supply of sand. Quality of sand is to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge. 3 Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches. 4 Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steelsheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. Where staging is required. 5 Providing and laying Design Mix concrete for plain /reinforced concrete work in any part of bridge (excluding bottom plugging) with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete but excluding cost of labour and materials for formwork & reinforcement works. M-15 Grade, Using concrete mixer. 6 Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications 7 Providing and fixing M.S information board of 1.2m x0 .75 m size made with 1.5 mm plate welded over angle iron (40mm x40 mmx5 mm) in both sides (Side stands) and (20mm x 20mm x 3 mm )in top and bottom and diagonal bracing with MS flat( 50mm x50 mm x6 mm) having total height 1.5m above GL and side stands embeded in a depth of 0.6m into 1:2:4 PCC including writing and painting as per direction complete. 8 Add GST,as applicable @ 18% 9 Add Labour welfare cess @ 1%
