Work Of B.Plan 24-25(Part-2) Against Passed Estimate (01 Nos) Under Of Edd-3, Shamli Under Edc,Shamli- 1 Work, Supply and Installation of RMUs in feeders of 33/11 KV S/S industrial estate, kandela and 33/ 11 KV S/S Sikka in the area of EDD-3 shamli as per following Specfication and Approved GTP:- 2 12 KV 630 Amps 21 KA for 3 Sec.SF6,BIL 28 KV/75 Peak, extensible, outdoor duty 3-way, fully motorised and manually operated Ring main unit (2 LBS & 1 VCB) consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated. RMU should be type tested for internal are if 21 KA for 1 Sec. for Gas tank and cable chamber with AFLR classification andgas to be form rear bottom of the switchgear away from the operator to ensure safety fo the operating personennel .suitable CT 100-50/1 A with microprocessor based numerial cover current relay (IDMTL+Inst.) fo Protection to be provided with VCB feeder with right angle boot for termiantion Kits. All the necessary wiring and dummy panel/space for FRTU to be given along with RMU for furture compatibility with SCADA system (Supply of FRTU is not in scope). Aux. PT Battery, Charger etc for motorised operation of RMU to be provided . The scope is including Plinth/Angle iron stand as per OEM design complete in all respect as per the directon of Engineer incharge. Complete RMU and its accessories should be suitable for altitude of 1000 Mtrs above Sea Level (Makes : ABB/Siemens/Eaton/Schneider) 3 Construction of foundation structure (concrete ratio 1:3:6) suitable for above RMUs complete in all respect. 4 Providing and Installation of Chemical Earthing for above RMSs(with all material and labour)After installation Resistance Should be less than one OHM. As per following (the all material and labour shall be providied by the contractor with 12 month guarantee for resistance value less than one OHM:- Providing of earth electrode for chemical earthing Pipe in Pipe type proper hod deep galvanization dia 50 mm length 3 mtr- 32mm x 6mm terminal connection hole dia 8 mm The cavity between the pipe & pipe in filled with conductive mixture- for hermetically filling inside the cavity i.e. between secondary conductor & primary conductor, crystalline compund is to be injected in the electrode assembly. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum power, conductive carbon/ cement and bonding material etc the electrode should be sealed from both the ends. the outer pipe of the elctrode should be galavanized the characteristics of this compound is highly cnductive, non magnetic & non corrosive in G.I.including providing of backfill compound each elcrode should be supplied with bags of 25 kg x2 bfc compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 kg each CPRI tested for RMUsF installed at above 33/11 KV S/S . 5 Installation of 11 XLPE Cable Box indoor and outdoor 6 Carriage of 11 XLPE Cable 3x185 sq mm 7 Laying of 11 XLPE Cable 3x185 sq mm as per Respo norms
