ARM of resdential building (civil works) at TPT Bn ,ITB Police for the year 2024 -25 (Repair of building etc.); 1 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means includingstacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materialwithin 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In cement mortar 2 Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and rellingtrenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical meansincluding stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 15 mm to 40 mm nominal bor 3 Disconnecting damaged overhead/terrace PVC water storage tank ofany size from water supply line and removing from the terrace includingshifting at ground level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.each433.75 4 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.Sbrick of class designation 7.5 in foundation anfd plinth in .Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand ). 5 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand ) 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering . (1:2:4) 1 cement ,2 coarse sand ,4 aggregate ) 7 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, havingthermal stability for hot & cold water supply and all CPVC plain & brassthreaded cuttings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing.This includes jointing of pipes & cuttings with one step CPVC solventcement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer inCharge. 15 mm nominal bore 8 Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface forre-pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumpingground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Flush pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement for flat tile bricks on top of mud phaska : with modular brick tiles . 10 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand ) 11 Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modiedprefabricated ve layer 3 mm thick water proong membrane, blacknished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coatof bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the samemembrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laidusing Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surfacecomplete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membraneshall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse directionat 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transversedirection as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C.Cold exibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D- 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorisedapplicator of the manufacturer of membrane :3 mm thick 12 Extra for covering top of membrane with Geotextile, 120 gsm non woven,100% polyester of thickness 1 to 1.25 mm bonded to the membranewith intermittent touch by heating the membrane by Butane Torch as permanufactures recommendation 13 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC(Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approvedbrand and manufacturer including applying additional coats whereverrequired to achieve even shade and colour .Old work one or more coat. 14 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm). 15 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering andpreparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.complet 16 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surfaceto prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 17 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufactureof required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work. 18 Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indiantype) along with “S” or “P” trap including dismantling of old WC seat and“S” or “P” trap at site complete with all operations including all necessarymaterials, labour and disposal of dismantled material including malba, allcomplete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.Orissa pattern W.C Pan of size 580x440 mm 19 Providing and xing G.I. Union in G.I. pipe including cutting and threadingthe pipe and making long screws etc. complete (New work) : 15 mm nominal bore
