Tender For Hiring Of Agency For Carrying Out Interior Renovation Work Of Office Room; 1 Providing and fixing wall/column paneling made out of 18 mm double ply / seasoned second class teak wood framing in vertical and horizontal sections placed at 45 c/c both ways or as per site conditions finished with 8mm MR ply grade and 1.0mm thick approved quality and shade plain and metallic high gloss laminate/Veneer. The rate includes providing 6mm thick seasoned teak wood beading/lamination to exposed edges wherever required complete. Size- 28’x8’- 1 wall 2 Providing and fixing in position 450 mm deep storage SQFT cabinet as directed made out of approved quality 19 mm thick MR grade borer & termite resistant block board. The shutter shall be of 19 mm thick block board/glass with all hardware like stainless steel Brackets, magnetic catchers, stainless steel handles, locks, etc. complete as per the sample approved. All internal surfaces of the cabinet including shutters and shelves to be finished with 19 mm thick block board with Veneer/laminate of approved make and shade as per design. Size4.5’x5’- 1 glass shelve cabinet for Awards 6 Providing and fixing of Imported fabric Wallpaper over paneling/Block Board of approved make & shade. as directed by Architect/Officer etc. complete finish Size- 8’ x 8’ and 4.5’ x 5’.SteelreinforcementforR.C.C.work includingstraightening,cutting, bending,placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 7 Providing and fixing of New Zebra blinds of Approved make/ Color. Rate shall be inclusive of necessary scotch guard treatment on both side. The overlaps should be uniform and adequate, including complete Rolling system, Chain, fiitng and Installation. Size- 6.5’ x 4.5’. 8 The quoted rate should include the cost of making required no. of cuttings, opening for providing electrical, data, switch boxes in the PANELLING and making it good the surface with necessary beadings complete as directed. 9 Supply and Fixing of necessary sizes of FRLS PVC Surface light alongwith all the accessories in surface in ceiling/ wall etc. Chase cutting (Machine-Cutting) of the wall /ceilling etc. and making good the same, including complete wiring and installation. 10 Supply & Fixing special type of imported solid Brass letter (thickness 3mm raised .5 inch above Wall)fixed on Wall/Panelling. All side each letter curved and grinded uniformly .Calculation based on all dimensions.( The Matter for the signage is N.I.EL.I.T in 4---letter size 30 inchX 48with Office logo od size 12’’x12’’, with thickness 1inch Each, Complete fitting/Installation.
