Hiring of Labour and procurement of material for day to day maintenance in ward no 67 lal bagh under K P Zone-Hiring of Labour and procurement of material for day to day maintenance in ward no 67 lal bagh under K P Zone, DSR DAR ELECTRICAL-2022, DAR ELECTRICAL (WITH CP ONLY)-2022 and approved items; 2 OD3239/2024-2025:Providing following Labour for day to day maintenance of Electrical Installation in various Municipal Buildings, tubewell and parks i/c required T&P etc. in one shift on daily basis on all working days (required maintenance material will be provided by Department) as required as per terms & condition of the department (excluding parts) complete as required. a) One Wire Man - semi skilled per day in one shift 3 OD3244/2024-2025:Supply of 1200 mm sweep, BEE 5 star rated, ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor, class of insulation: B, 3 nos. blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, safety rope, copper winding, Power Factor not less than 0.9, Service Value (CM/M/W) minimum 6.00, Air delivery minimum 210 Cum/Min, 350 RPM (tolerance as per IS : 374-2019), THD less than 10%, remote or electronic regulator unit for speed control and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 degree C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply complete as reqd. 4 OD3250/2024-2025:Supply of 1.5 sqmm ISI marked, FRLS PVC insulated, Single core copper conductor cable 5 5.1:Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required. 6 5.18:Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required. 7 app 8 122.1.44:Supply of LED Tube type luminaire 20 Watt rating complete with polycarbonate housing batten integrated electronic driver prewired with high efficient LEDs with the following:(a) Total system wattage 20 watt +/- 5%(b )Luminous efficacy lumens/watt >=95 (c)Power Factor >=0.95 9 122.1.55:Supply of PVC insulated and FR PVC Sheathed multicore copper conductor 1.1KV grade, conforming to grade IS 694 as required . 3*1.5 Sq.mm 10 122.2.236:Rewinding of AC ceiling fan of all sizes andmake including oiling, greasing as required New Model (Light Weight) 11 122.2.237:Rewinding of AC ceiling fan of all sizes and make including oiling, greasing as required. Old Model (Heavy Weight) 12 122.2.238:Replacement of ball bearing of size 117/120 NBC equivalent SKF make as required. 13 122.2.239:Replacement of fan condenser 2.5 mF as required.
