Tender For NRS Medical College & Hospital - Boys Hostel- Repair of Distress area of Ceiling, Wallwithin the Hospital Compound- 1 Dismantling R.C.floor, roof,beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed with in a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. 2 (a) In ground floor including roof.(Add. above ground floor - 1th floor)(Add. above ground floor - 2nd floor)(Add. above ground floor - 3th floor)(Add. above ground floor - 4th floor) 3 1st Floor 4 2nd Floor 5 3rd Floor 6 4th Floor 7 Cleaning the exposed reinforcement preferably upto full diameter by wirebrush, applying two coats of polymer based rust removing compound left for24 hours, removing the coating and then applying two (2) coats of polymermodified anti corrosive protective coating formulated to inhibit the corrosionof reinforcement as per manufacturers specification] [Mode ofmeasurement:The affected surface area of reinforcement shall beconsidered for payment] 8 Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete withfresh concrete to be applied within manufacturers specified time as permanufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface). Note: Applicable only when the full diameter of reinforcement steel isexposed. 9 Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips 5.6 mm size with hexagonal square mesh wire netting, I.R.C. fabric mesh or X.P. M. fitted and fixed after tying the existing reinforcement on concrete without distributing the same and with proper scarping and cleaning the reinforcement and disturbed concrete with wire brush etc. after applying a coat of cement including the cost of wire netting I.R.C or X. P. M. & cost of all handling and scaffolding complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge. 10 b) 25 mm thick 11 Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. up to any height and in any floor including removing rubbish with in a lead of 75 m as directed. . 12 Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor).
