    PROVIDING ALUMINIUM PARTITION AND DOORS IN PM#3 AREA AT TNPL UNIT I (COMPLETION TIME : 30 DAYS); 1 SUPPLYING AND FIXING OF APPROVED COLOUR COATED ALUMINIUM PARTITION USING FRAMES OF SIZE 63MM X 40MM X 1.5MM THICK ANODISED SECTION BOTH HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL AT 900MMM INTERVAL AS INSTRUCTED. THE BOTTOM SECTION OF THE PARTITION SHALL BE 100MM X 45MM X 1.5MM THICK.THE PARTITION SHALL BE TWO OR THREE PARTS WITH 5MM THICK GLASS & 9MM THICK NOVAPAN SHEET AS DESIGNED WITH ALUMINIUM BEADING, RUBBER GASKET ETC., COMPLETE AT ALL LEVELS . 2 SUPPLY AND FIXING OF COLOUR COATED ALUMINIUM (DOUBLE LEAF) DOOR WITH FLOOR SPRING (2NOS) OF EVERITE MAKE WITH ANODIZED ALUMINIUM FRAME OF SIZE 85 X 40 X 2MM THICK AND THE DOOR SHUTTER 65 X 45 X 1.5MM THICK WITH UPPER PANEL OF 5MM THICK PLAIN GLASS AND LOWER PANEL WITH 8MM THICK NOVAPPAN SHEET INCLUDING LOCK HANDLES, FOOT REST, TOWER BOLT ETC., COMPLETE. 3 SUPPLYING AND FIXING OF ALUMINIUM GLAZED DOOR SINGLE LEAF OF SIZES 1.0 X 2.4 MTR OR 1.0 X 2.1 MTR USING FRAMES OF SIZE 63MM X 38MM (1.50MM THICK) AND SHUTTER FRAME OF SIZE 100MM X 40MM BOTTOM (1.50MM THICK) AND ALL OTHER FRAMES OF SIZE 45 X 45MM WITH PANEL IN TWO PARTS COVERED WITH 5MM THICK PLAIN GLASS IN THE TOP PORTION AND 9MM THICK LAMINATED NOVAPAN OR DURATUFF SHEET IN THE BOTTOM PORTION INCLUDING FIXING OF HANDLES, LOCK, ALUMINIUM BEADING, RUBBER GASKET, PIVOT, DOOR CLOSER, ETC., COMPLETE.
