Bids Are Invited For Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products - SECURITY GADGETS; --; Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC); MONTHLY; Yes 1. Description of work Comprehensive AMC of following security gadgets installed at VLM Jetty, Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam for a period of one year:- (a). Equipment:- Road blocker The contract should satisfy the following:- (i) Weekly visits during the period of the contract, the system would be thoroughly checked, cleaned and adjusted. ( ii) Additional visit during the period of the contract in the event of break down/malfunction of the equipment. (iii) The detailed service activities which will be carried out during the service visits:- (aa) Inspection of all electrical controls and control panels. (ab) Operational test of controls and control panels. (and) Full function tests of equipment. (ad) Check functioning of hydraulic system of road blockers. (yet) Submit a full service report on the functionality status of the listed components in the installation and suggest improvements and upgrades. (af) Inspection and check functioning of electric motor. (ag) All metallic parts of the entire system including the bottom housing to be chipped and repainted with primer and antirust paint once during the contract. (iv) Any defect shall be rectified within 24 hours on reporting. (v) Checking of control system functioning. (vi) Checking of wiring of the system and rectification, if any faults found (vii) Log to be maintained and utilisation of spares to be recorded separately (b) Equipment:- Boom Barriers The contract should satisfy the following:- (1) Daily visits during the period of the contract, the system would be thoroughly checked, cleaned and adjusted. (ii) Preventive maintenance (checking & testing of critical components of the system like control panel, Gear Box, Motor & Wiring etc for any faults) will be carried out once in every months. (iii) Cleaning of sensors (iv) Cleaning of dust (v) Checking of moving components, replacement of damaged parts, bearings, oiling and greasing of parts etc. (vi) Checking and testing of all critical components i.e. electronic circuit boards, control panel, Convertor etc. (vii) Checking of wiring of the system and rectification, if any faults found. (viii) Replacement of faded reflective stickers in the boom barrier without any additional cost. ix) Log to be maintained and utilisation of spares to be recorded separately ( ( c) Equipment:- Tyre Shredders The contract should satisfy the following:- (i) Weekly visits during the contract, the system would be thoroughly checked. cleaned and adjusted. (ii) Cleaning of all machinery parts. (iii) Greasing of the pulley and moving parts. (iv) Removal of rust and waste material from tyre killer pack. (v) Keeping equipment in good shape appearance including painting of the barriers when faded. (vi) Rectification of defect of the system within 24 hours of reporting (vii) Log to be maintained and utilisation of spares to be recorded separately (d) Equipment:- Turnstile with access control System (1) Scope of work includes comprehensive annual maintenance of the system (ii) Monthly preventive maintenance shall be carried out with prior intimation to the user department (iii) Manpower shall be deputed for period visits to monitor data transactions and data transfer between readers and RFID server (iv) Unlimited breakdown calls, in case of any system or sub-system failure Break down calls shall be addressed and defect rectification on priority on same day or maximum within 2 working days (v) (vi) The participating firm should have authorized service center in the state of consignee, i.e Andhra Pradesh. (vii) Log to be maintained and utilisation of spares to be recorded separately (and) Equipment:- X-Ray Baggage Scanner The contract should satisfy the following:- (1) Weekly visits during the period of the contract, the system would be thoroughly checked, cleaned and adjusted. Preventive maintenance should be carried out once in a month. (ii) (iii) Checking of software functioning and up gradation of software. (iv) Defect identification, rectification, checking/testing of all electronic circuit boards (ii) Internal cleaning and servicing of parts (iii) Greasing of all moving parts. (iv) Removal of rust and waste material from roller and conveyer belt. (v) Replacement of following parts while on defect at firms cost:- X-Ray Generator with control unit, Drum Motor, Monitor, Detector LM 16L-1.0Hм, Diffusing lens RTLR, Light Barrier receiver and transmitter, Railing and holder set. (vi) Log to be maintained and utilisation of spares to be recorded separately (f) Equipment:- 18 in number CCTV Camera surveillance system Daily Checks:- (i) Checks of complete system including entire laid down network connectivity in control room. (!!) Check that all cameras are working satisfactorily (iil) Check whether all cameras are operated from joy stick. (iv) Check of all displays, server and control systems are operational. (v) Checkup whether the power supplies for cameras, monitors and keyboards are operational. (vi) Ensure that all the terminations of LAN cable to the receiver driver unit and the cameras are secure (vii) Ensure all cable connections to the field equipments are secure. (viii) Maintain the up-to-date Logbook. Ensure that all faults recorded in the logbook has been attended to. (e) Common Checks:- (1) Full function tests of equipment (ii) Inspection and check functioning of electric motor of Road Blocker and Boom barriers. All metallic parts of the security equipments mentioned at Para (1) above to be chipped and repainted with primer and antirust paint once during the contract. (iv) Operational ability/ work progress report of security equipments mentioned at Para 1 to be submitted on every Monday to the undersigned. (v) All defects which are not required any hardware part replacement must be rectified with in 12 working hours of call log. Defects related to spares/ parts replacement should be rectified within 72 working hours of call log. (vi) CAMC covers all spares except the consumables. (vii) Supply of all cleaning materials (i.e. cloths, brush, paints etc) and lubricants are part of contract Total Quantity :
