    Painting of penstock line 1 and 2 of power house Ganderbal., J&K UT - Removing white or colour wash or rust by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. Complete 2 Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide Zinc Chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/steel works (1st Coat) 3 Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide Zinc Chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/steel works (2ndCoat) 4 Painting with aluminum paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats 5 Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete on concrete work 6 Unforeseen items like mobilization of manpower, carriage of material, painting of penstock bolts, sluice valves and inspection wholes
