Tender for removing the roofing shed and constructing a new shed and raising the wall and plastering and painting or other work in double storey house number-22 of Beldari Lane, Darulshafa Compound Mustaq Lane, 1 Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead. D.A.R No-15.28.2 3 Brick work with common burnt clay (non madular) brick of class- 150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shape and sizes in ::(1 cement :4 coarse sand ) dar 6.4.1) 4 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 ( 1 cement 4 coarse sand). D.A.R No-13.5.1 5 Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. steel door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, 3 mm M.S. gussel plates at the junctions and corners all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.Using flats 30x6 mm for diagonal braces and centeral cross piece (DAR-10.5.2) 6 Mild steel or iron work in heavy size such as trusses ,builts up gate ,door frames , record racks ,roof work, gates etc wrought to required from including drilling holes revetting of welding where necessary and also including supply of steel, bolt nuts etc & their fixing required for proper completion of work (10.2) 7 Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers fillied with white lead, incuding a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the coast of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2 (DAR- 12.1.1) 8 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thicknes 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
