Construction Of 200 Bedded Hospital In Sector-9 At Fatehabad (Solar Water Heating System And Solar Allied Materials At Hospital Block) - Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of SITC of Anti Fouling Condenser System Upto 4# Chillers Max, the Common Skid for the required number of chillers shall include 4.3`Touch Screen Graphical PLC, one injection/collection pump, motorized valves and complete with all accessories and Low side activities of piping connections from Ball traps to Ball collectors and Chillers. The motorized valve shall give signals to the PLC of their functioning and all processes of injection and collection should be shown on the PLC while in operation. The manufacturer should have IOT Ready Controller and digital platform (App Based) for demonstration of key parameters of chiller efficiency as an option if required for Future Scalability. The Common Skid piping, Ball Trap Size to suit chiller capacity requirement i.e. 03 Nos x 425 TR(2W plus 1SB). GA Drawing and Technical Data sheets should be get approved before dispatch. Motor shall be of high efficiency suitable for 415 plus 10% volts, 50 plus 3%Hz, 3 phase AC supply, controls shall be suitable for hookup to BMS, compatible with BacNet/ Modbus. Chiller shall be complete with Unit Mounted Air Cooled VFD with minimum IP42 protection (Variable Frequency Drive). List of approved make: Trane/ Daikin/ York/ Climaveneta(Mitsubishi)/ Voltas (Country of Origin: US/Europe/India). Manufacturer shall have own service step in India from past 10 years. Company with third party service not acceptable. Bidder shall submit AHRI certified sheets at the time of submission. a. Chiller shall be able to unload from 100% to 25% at AHRI reducing temp. Chiller shall come with complete first charge of refrigerant and oil from factory only. b.
