At W/S Scheme Dhesian Kahna Block Rurka Kalan, Jalandhar scrapping of cement plater 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:4 Supplying & fixing glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make. Glass panes 4mm or 10.75 Kg/sqm exceeding 0.4 sqm of area Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempring including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete. Distempering manufacture with two dry or distemper of more priming coat to give an even shade White washing (Three Coat) approved coats over one Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based paints such as snowcem, robbiacem etc two or more coats to give an even shade. Applying pink primer or aluminium priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface knotting and stopping etc. Conglomerate floor 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 on 100mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 with stone agrrigate 40 mm thik and 100mm fine sand filling. using mechanical mixer for mixing of material Conglomerate floor 40mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4 using mechanical mixer for mixing of material Providing & fixing glass strips 4mm thick in floor 40mm wide Dismantling of concrete c.conc 1:2:4 mix Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze (gunmetal) working parts Sluice Valves ISI marked 14846-2000, including jointing, testing & cost of Nut, Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer in charge) 150mm i/d Sluice Valves flanged
