Bids Are Invited For Three seater bench , Arts and Craft Table , Art and Craft Chair , Soft board , Glass Cup board -three seater bench Three Seater Bench : Providing and supplying desk-cum-bench (Three seater) with an overall size 1500mm X 1000mm X 760mm. The top, seat, back and modesty of the desk shall be made up of 18mm thick particle board of grade II of IS 12823 with approved shade. The top profile shall be in rectangle shape with corner round with 2mm thick thin strip of impermeable PVC that is cut to fit the size of board panel and duly pasted with the assistance of edge banding machine at 200 degree Celsius. The top shall be supported on CRCA pipe frame having cross-section area 25mm diameter with 1.2mm thick. The shelf shall be made up of 0.8mm thick high yield strength CRCA sheet of grade ‘D’ confirming to IS: 513. It should be supported on CRCA round pipe having cross-section area 25mm round on front side and attached with modesty panel with help of screw. Hooks made of 2mm thick x 30mm wide strip should be provided on the vertical side frame on both side of the desk for hanging bags/bottles. The complete steel structure shall be welded with base pipe having crosssection area 32mm diameter with 1.2mm thick and also be epoxy polyester powder coated to the thickness 50-60μ thick. The size of the writing top shall be 1500mm(W) X 400mm(D),seat size shall be 1500mm(W) X 340mm(D), back size shall be 1500mm(W) X 200mm(H), modesty height shall be 300mm (H). All the size shall have the tolerance of upper and lower deviation of ±10mm for board & ±0.2mm for metal. Finish : Approved shade as approved by engineer in-charge/employer. (Standard size), soft board Providing,supplying,arranging and fixing Notice board having 9mm soft board as a core materail 1mm laminate sheet as back materail and surface of 1.mm felt cloths, having profile of heavy alumnuim fluted anodized profile 10 to 12 micron of 18 to 25 thick board C channel and corner is made uo of molded virgin ABS grey colour hanging vertical and horizontal hanginh facilty as per selected colour & size including all necesaary fixture , faster, fitting, labour material machinary etc complete as selected and directed by engineer insharge. Finish : Approved shade as approved by engineer in-charge/employer. (Size:2400L x 1200)H, Glass cup board Supply & Placing of Glassdoor Storage of Size 915mm(W)x486mm(D)x1980mm(H). It should have shelf thickness of 0.7 mm, Back thickness of 0.8mm, Door thickness of 0.8mm (high yield strength) and all other components shall have a thickness of 0.9mm. These components shall be made of CRCA sheet ‘D’ grade high yield strength as per IS:513. The glass door storwel shall have a brass handle and a 2 way locking mechanism with shooting bolt. It should have a height wise adjustable shelf mounting which shall have a Uniformly Distributed Load Capacity of max 40 Kg. All metal components would be powder coated with epoxy powder coating of 50-60 micron DFT Confirming IS 13871:1993.
