(i) By Manual Means(a) In area of thornyjungle. 2 Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonary, cement concrete wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material. (I) By manusal means (b) Reinforced cement concrete 3 Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3.0m and lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4 4 Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity and loading in tippers, triming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, graes and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 5 Using stone screening Type-B 11.2 mm for Gr.IIIProvinding, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incluing spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100kM in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Grading -III. ( Rate as per analysis). 6 Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90-1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 7 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion at the rate of 0.25 to .30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hgry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 8 Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)I. With hydrated lime/ cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification).(A) With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumenfor Grading II (19 mm nominal size). 9 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surfacecleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 10 Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect.
