Suspended floors, roofs landing, beams and balconies (Plan area to be measured).. 28 Providing and laying glossy finished vitrified ULTRA CHARGE TILES PRM QUALITYfloor tiles of 60x60cm sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make of Somany, NITCO and Kajaria make in colours and shade Dacia Series, Crown series, Nuvaro series and Luciano series with the combination of light and dark color laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with matching Epoxy OR Grouts of Make Somany,Nitco, Kajaria etc. complete. 29 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised-Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion. Single socketed pipes of 110mm diameter. 30 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised-PVC moulded fitting / accessories for unplasticised- rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion :- 31 Coupler 110mm. 32 Single tee with door 110 x 110 x 110mm. 33 Bend 87.5* 110mm. 34 Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade (two or more coats) on new steel work. 35 Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength confirming to IS:4454 part-1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters 10.6.1 80x1.20 mm M.S. laths with 1.20 mm thick top cover 36 Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters. 37 Providing and fixing M.S grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approve steel primer all complete (fixed to openings/wooden frames with rawl plugs, screws etc.). 38 Steel work welded in built-up sections/framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates and similar work. 39 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture,over the plasterted wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 40 Finishing wall with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm) 41 Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work. 42 Painting on G.S sheets with synthetic enamel paint of approved band and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution. 43 Structural steel work welded in built-up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 44 Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/sqm. 45 Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S.
