Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services Integrated Security Surveillance System Similar Category Service 1. The Un Skilled Manpower is required for the job of handling the traffic management outside/inside Plant premises. The job is to be done as per instructions from the BPCL Officer In Charge. 2. The Traffic Management job is to be carried out from 08:30 to 06:00 PM or as per the instruction and timing conveyed by the BPCL Officer In Charge, instructions regarding any change to above stated timings will be communicated in advance. 3. The duties and timing may change from above mentioned timing as per the requirement of BPCL LPG Plant, In This case the prior information will be given to Contractor 4. The Safety Checking of Vehicles is to be done by the manpower as per the OISD 144 Checklist for Pack Lorries and Bulk Lorry. Record of checking of the safety check is required to be maintained in the prescribed format issued by BPCL Salempur LPG Plant. 5. The duty shift and timings for the manpower doing safety check of the Vehicles will be intimated to the contractor well in advance as per requirement of BPCL Salempur LPG Plant. 6. On Requirement of BPCL LPG Plant the timing and shift of duty for manpower for traffic management and Safety Check of vehicles may be changed as and when required. 7. The manpower doing the jobs are required to produce the police Verification. 8. The duties of Traffic management job include Safe parking of Tank Lorries & Box Lorries away from the main road outside the plant area and has to post the hourly pictures on WhatsApp Group with stamping of Date & Time. 9. The Vehicle Safety Checking job manpower is required to have knowledge of computer handling and should manage online record for all Box Lorries and Tank Lorries. 10.Any replacement of the Manpower doing the safety Check and Traffic Management of Vehicles by the vendor has to be with approval of OIC, BPCL. 11.Preparation and compilation of records for all Box Lorries and Tank Lorries shall be maintained. 12.Consumables and Necessary Equipment/ Accessories required for carrying out the above-mentioned jobs etc. shall be provided by BPCL. 13. Job period will be initially for a period of 1 year further extendable by 1 year on same rates, terms conditions and based on mutual consent and satisfactory performance. 14. Successful Vendor has to Submit a Bank Guarantee of 10 Percent of quoted Job Value or 5 % of Security Deposit which will be release after 6 months of the completion of Job.
