Any Plumbing complaint Like water tap leakage/line leakage or any other accessories leakage of washroom and Kitchen at Staff accommodation need to be attended immediately on timely. Complaint about any damage/leakages of Plumbing Distribution system at common area as well as inside the staff accommodation shall be attend & Repair. Clogging issue of Drainage system and supply line also be taken care by Technician. Any other Modification and changes are subjected to the client approval and consent. Maintained the Proper record of inventory. To clean, on a regular basis, all underground and overhead tanks and to ensure there are no deposits/sediments or algae growth. Water Geyser Checking water heater temperature setting at 120° Fahrenheit for optimal performance. Flush out your water heater to remove any sediment. Sediment causes corrosion, reduces efficiency, and shortens your water heater life span. Checking and repairing to prevent causing a leak.
