To 7cm. and layng in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth with ordinary compaction by PRR including hire & running charges of PRRand royalty etc. complete asper specification & direction of the Engineer in charge. 2 Filling in foundation and plinth including quarring ,collecting, conveying, supplying sand and watering incuding cost conveyance roylaties taxes of all materials and labour etc complete as per direcation by the Engineer-in-Charge. 3 cement concrete 1:3:6 using 4cm size BHG C.B. metal including cost conveyance royalaties Taxces of all materials etc complete as per irection by the Engineer-in-charge. 4 Cement Concrete 1:2:4 using 12 mm size BHG C.B chips including cost, conveyance, royalaties Taxesof al materials etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge,. 5 Fly ash brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) usingFly ash brick of size 25cmx12cmx 8cm of crushing strength not less than 35kg/cm2 in Foundation& plinth etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge. 6 Fly ash brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) usingFly ash brick of size (23cmx11cmx8cm)of crushing strength not less than 35kg/cm2 in Superstructure etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge. 7 Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 using 12mm size BHG chips including cost, conveyance, royalities taxes of all materials etc complete Column base & footing 8 Plinth band 9 Column 10 Providing TMT Fe-500 rainforcement bars for RCC work of rquired diameter of apporved quallity including cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position including cost, covenyance and royalty of all materials and cost of all labour etc. completeas per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 11 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) in finished smooth to surface of brick walls after raking out joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 12 Supplying, fitting and fixing steel Angle iron door and windowsas per approved design and drawing including all cost of materials and labour etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge 13 Labour charges for fitting and fixing of MS doors & windows as per approved design including cost of screw etc complete but excluding cost of MS window grills as per dircetion by the Engineer-in-Chreg 14 Dismantling brick masonary or stone masonary in cement mortar under 3mt height including stacking the useful materials for re-use and removing the debris within 50mtr lead etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge 15 PaintingTwo coat over a coat with approved paint on new work with any approved paint on iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and T&P required for the work etc. complete including cost of paint ( paint of approved quality will be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.) etc. complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge. 16 Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge. 17 Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on old work to give an even shade exculding cost of distemper etc. completeas per the direction of Engineer – in Charge.
