Provn Of 100 Kva Distribution Transformer And Allied Works For Simulator Building At Mil Stn Jaisalmer; Supply and Installation, testing and commissioing of outdoor type step down transformer 100 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, 3 Phase 50 Hz, ONAN Cooled Oil Immersed Copper woundcomplete with oil tank including first fill of ISI marked insulating oil up to top level, oil level indicater, breather with Silica gel, lifting hooks, drain valve, air vent valve, tackel wheel with channel and lockingarrangement to put on the plinth withexternalcooling tubes, Core type, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side LV) in accodance with vector symbol DYN-11 (vector Group-4) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV Side) OFF load tap Changer with mannual voltage regulation 0.433 KV in suitable steps/position on HVside to give output of 0.433 KV on LVside and provision of following accessories and connecting with electrical system, earthing etc. including all jointing materials,all as per IS 1180-2014 and energyefficiency level-II including filling of trasformer oil having confirming to IS : 335-1993 of dyelectric strength more than 50KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge and shall comprise of the followingaccessories as per manufactures direction:- (a) 03 Nos porclain HT bushings with brass/gun metal bushingrods complete with nut and washers on primary(HV) side with arcing horn.(b)4 Nos porcelain bushings with brass/gun metal bushing rods complete with nut and washers on secondary(LV) side suitable for XLPE LT Cable (c)Oil conservator with filter typedrain valve and oillevel gauge oil filter hole with caps/plugs and breather assemby. 2 Item No. 1.00 Contd .....(d)De-hydrating breather with first fill dehydration agent (Silica gel).(e)Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover.(g) One No 100MM dia, dial type thermameter, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having minimum perimeter reading temperature indicator with resistingdevice for transformer.(h) Two earthing terminals to be provided diagonally on either side of transformer body to facilitate fixing of 50x6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for body earthing.(j)Name plate and terminal marking .(k)Oil drain filter valve.(l)Lifting lugs.(m)Oil filling hole with cap/plug with conservative tank. (n)Four plain solid cast steel detachable rockters.(o)Provision of 2 Nos danger boards 250/200 mm size made out of 1.6 mm thick plate, viterous enamele white, with letters figures of voltageand conventional skall and benes insignal redcolours on frant side.The rear side of the plate also beenamelled. (p)Any other fittings/accessories so as to confirm the whole transformer to 1180 : 2014.(q)Off load changer of range (+) 7.5% to (-) 7.5% instep of 2.5% each, 7 steps. 3 Supply, Install, Testing & Commissioning self supporting outdoortype totally enclosed LT Panel board of suitable size, IP-65, compartmentalised design, dust and varmin proof of size 1000x900x600mmsuitable for 440 Volt 3 phase 4 wire system made out of 3.0mm thick CRCA sheet and built upon rigid frame work having front and rear hinged doors with neoprence rubber gasket including danger plate, earthing strip point and, ventilation louvers at the rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size of Zinc/Cromium plated and nuts, bolts ;and washers etc. The pannel shall be painted with two coats of red oxide primer and final finish of synthetic enmelledgray paint andincomming/outgoing cable holes at the bottom.The Panelshall be emmbeded with 50 x 5 mm MS Angle Iron frame and 30 cm above the normal ground level complete with PCC foundation (1:2:4 )type B2complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Channel, cross arms, bracings etc shall be measured and paid separately 6 S&F lightning arrestor HT 11 KV 10 KA station class complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 7 Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 8 Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 9 All as per item No. 7.00 here-in-before but size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core 10 All as per item No. 7.00 here-in-before but size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core 11 M&L for cutting the existing bituminous road / hard standing to size not exceeding 45cm wide and depth not less than 45cm for passing of UG cable through GI pipe and making good the disturbed surface filled with excavated material and top 200mm depth with plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 M&L for GI pipe light grade of dia 50 mm laying in road and along with poles for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 13 All as per item No. 11.00 here-in-before but size 80mm dia 14 M&L for bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate, charcoal & salt up to ground levl connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing workand 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 15 M&L for earthing complete with CPRI tested 50mm dia, pure copper earth electrode pipe of length 3000mm, pipe in copper strip Technology with NABL tested, RoHS compliant earth enhancement compound 50 Kg in each bore hole in tripod configuration (three numbers of 50mm dia pure copper electrode pipe) interconnectedwith copper strip of size 20x3.00 mm and connected by means of exothermic brazing & porected by GI pipe light grade 32mm bore andPCC (1:3:6) type C1 earth chamber & cast iron earth pit cover 300x300x3mm connecting to test point & testing on ground complete includingexcavation, earth work, boring in any type of soil strata & cleaning of site complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) Cost of copper strip 20x3.00 mm and 32mm dia GI pipe light grade required for interconnection of three numbers of pure copper 50mm dia earth electrode is deemed to be included in unit quoted rates.Copper strip of suitable size from earth pit to test point/equipment shall be measured and paid seperatel.(ii) Cost of earth work, boring, PCC earth pit, CI cover, testing of earth after completion, connecting and commissioning is deemed to be included in unit quoted rates. (iii) Marking & painting of earth pit with iron plate of suitable size is deemed to be included in unit quoted rates 16 Note Item No. 14.00 Contd…. (iv) The boring will take place for 3 meter depth & 350mm dia for three numbers of pure copper earth electrode pipe to form tripod configuration.Earth enhance compound to be filled around the earth electrode in 100mm dia in 3 layers of 1 mtr each by means of PVC pipe of 100mm dia as casing/formwork.The remaining volume of bore shall be filled with clay soil (available from vicinity) in 3 layers of 1 mtr each.The PVC pipe to be removed sinultaneously.The cost of all this is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v) Minimum distance between each earthing is not less than 3 running meter.
