Sq.m etc., complete complying with standard specification . 50 Removing and replacing the floor with Cuddapah Slab 38 / 40mm Thick of approved quality over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment andpointed neatly with same cement mortar without any air gap in the slab neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 51 Dismantling and Removing the Floor tiles, wall tiles in kitchen flat form and removing the cuddapah stone in working platform of kitchen without damaging the existing structure clearing away the debris away from the site to a initial lead of 1 Km including cost of labour etc., all complete 52 PVC Panelled door Shutters Hollow Type - 200mm x20mm panels with 1mm wall thickness for panels and styles and rails of suitable size with 2mm wall thickness suitably reinforced using MS Angle / Flat including cost of necessary aluminium hinges and other furniture fittings 53 Labour charges for Dismantling the damaged plastering in the walls and packing the joints with cement morter mixed with bonding agent and finished the surface with good cement neatly etc all complete and as directed by the departmental officer 54 Solid Panel PVC door without frame shutter of size (1X0.66X2.05m) using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheet for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.The materials should be got approved by the EE&ADO before use 55 Reworkable and removable of movementable panels Servicing Aluminium sliding windows and fixing the same glassandchanging Rubber beeding above the glass panels, replacingthe lock,changing the movementable handleincluding cost of materials and labour charges for removing and refixingetc.,all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
