Annual Rate Contract For Removal Of Leakages Under Jen Hq Loonkaransar- 1 Removing of Leakages 2 Repairing of leakage in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE pipe lineup to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including taking out the burst pipe from trench, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material, tightening of CID Joints to make repair leak proof and then refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from Jen store. (Required material such as pipe piece, CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost) 3 In all type Soil AC/PVC/HDPE pipe 4 50/63/75mm 5 80/90mm 6 100/110mm 7 125/140mm 8 150/160/180mm 9 200/225mm 10 250/280mm 11 Add on above item no. 4 to 10 for B.T. Road- 5% 12 Add on above item no. 4 to 10 for C.C. Road. Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC cutter Machine only. - 15% 13 Minor repair of leakages such as lead caulking, plugging, clamping and ring fixing in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE/CI/MS/DI pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site to make repair leak proof andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. (Required material such as pipe piece CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost)as per satisfaction of EIC. Road.Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC cutter Machine only.- 15% 45 Work of Inter Connection in AC/PVC/HDPE pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site, cutting of existing pipeline, jointing of Tee (complete) and other specials to make inter connection repair leak proof andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from store. (Material such as Tee/ Tee Clamp/rubber sheet/ CID joints required for inter connection shall be provided by the department free of cost). 46 In all type Soil 47 80 mm to 110 mm 48 125 mm to 165 mm 49 200 mm to 300 mm 50 Add on above item no. 47-49 for B.T. Road- 5% 51 Add on above item no. 47-49 for C.C. Road.Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC cutter Machine only.- 15% 52 Labour charges for removal of complaint of polluted water supply to the consumers 53 Survey of the locality of polluted water supply for preliminary assessment of source of pollution during supply hours 54 Labour charges for digging of pit of suitable size for removal of water pollutiononexisting distribution AC/PVC/uPVC/HDPE pipe linesup to 1.5 mtr depth including cutting of pipe and assessment of direction of flow of polluted water during non supply hours, identifying the source of pollution and repairing of fault in pipe line byfixing of pipe piece with jointing material (pipe and jointing material shall be supplied by department) to make it leak proof andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. The rate includes all labour charges to complete the work for pipe size 55 In all type Soil 56 50 to 75 mm 57 80-110 mm 58 125 to 165 mm 59 200 to 300 mm 60 Add on above item no. 56-59 for B.T. (Required material such as pipe piece, CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost) 63 80mm 64 100mm 65 125mm 66 150mm 67 200mm 68 250mm 69 300mm 70 Restoration of bitumen road by patch work of WBM using crushed / broken aggregate as per the standard specification and consolidation with hand rammer spreading and consolidation of binding material , cleaning of surface of WBM and providing of seal &tack coat as per site condition by using ready cold mixup to the satisfaction of engineer in charge.The rate includes the makingof pit in regular shape, all labour, material and T&P charge complete job. 71 Restoration of cement concreteroad including making of pit in regular shape, ramming and consolidation of surface, laying, positioning and compactingcement concrete ( M-20 ) minimum thickness 200 mm upto the satisfaction ofengineer incharge.The rate includes the makingof pit in regular shape, all labour, material and T&P charge complete job.
