Road Furniture Work At Zone South On Annual Contract- 1 Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound inclusive type I reflectrosing glass beads as per table 800-3, 800-4 applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.5 mm and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type II in addition @ 250 gms per Sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC: 35 complete with traffic diversion arrangement as per MORTH specification clause 803.4. 2 Providing & fixing Two way reflective metal body raised road studs with anchor with shank 100x100x19.8 and 2x43 pieces special reflective elements 19 degree tilted etc. complete made by swareflex at 9 m. centre to centre on edge lenes, lane lines and 1 m. centre to centre on pedestrai crossing including fixing, cost of conveyance of all materials to site including labour and hire charges for machineries involved etc. complete as per standard specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.. 3 Supply & fixing of L type Bollard made out of 1.25mm thick M.S sheet, height 134 cm. welded in circular typering section havingupper dia 15 cm. and lower dia 21 cm. with another attachment of 15cm. X 15cm.circular section with15 cm. face plateand hold fast at bottom , whole body isprecessedin white stoving enamel and red reflective 3 hands, each of 7.5 cm. end onereflective sheetof 15 cm. diaprovided to it, complete in all respect. 4 Supply & fixing of Swiss type of Hazard marker, made out of 2 mm thick M.S. sheet size of box is 15x15 cm with hold fast at bottom, the body is painted in orange stoving enamel paint with white/high intensity grade micro-prismatic type sheeting, on all four side. 5 Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised inclusive cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade sheeting lettering, border & signs fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick, fixed on mild steel angle iron frame 50mmx50mmx6mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6mm upto the top of sign board, length of post from bottom of sign boardis 2.85m. upto foundation level post duly paintedin black & white synthetic enamel.fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45 Cm x 45 Cm x 60Cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing & as per MORTH specification Cl. 801. 6 60 Cm equilateral triangle 7 60 Cm circular 8 60 cm x 45 cm rectangular 9 Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on plastered concrete surfaces as per MORTH specifications Cl. 803.Old surface 10 Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro - reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting exclusive of lettering, border & signs fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on a mild steel angle iron frame 50mmx50mmx6mm supported on mild steel angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm upto the top of sign board, length of post from bottom of sign boardis 2.85 m. upto foundation level post duly painted in black and white synthetic enamelalternate ship 30cm. wide fixed to the ground by means properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60 Cm , 60 Cm below ground level as per approved drawing & as per MORTH specifications clause 801. 11 Single angle post 12 60 cm.
