Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - Job towards changes in existing application used at this office towards integrating users and complaint cell Software Upgradation and modification of existing android based online complaint handling system with SMS facility for complaint cell AFS Yelahanka 1 Job for up gradation and modification of existing android based online complaint handling system with SMS facility for complaint cell of your office by incorporating following new features and modification of existing features as per the requirement of your office.  Replacing existing Android app for user to book or manage their complaints with new camera based app.  Adding new feature to make one time registration mandatory and approval by BSO office / CAdmO office with all necessary user login permission as per your office requirement.  Adding new Android app (2nd App) dedicated for MES personal to handle the booked complaints (i.e. JEs, AGEs & GE)  Adding new feature for users to give feedback for the job executed by MES personals and also necessary report features for the same  Adding new feature for OTP based complaint closing  Providing new dedicated reports monitoring login ids for AOC / CAdmO section as per your office requirement.  Changing the GUI from existing non registration to new GUI with registration and modified app options.  Changing OTP based option to close complaint to 1. Complaint closed by MES and 2. Complaint closed by user.  Daily / periodically updating JE, AGE and GE about current pending / unattended complaint status via notification on to their mobile phone.  Enable complaint REJECT option with remarks and modify the percentage of Job 01 Job completion accordingly.  Enabling complaint HOLD option for EM and BR  Corrections on Sub-Heading on all reports with proper report name.  Analysis report – Top slip: Modifying the existing report as per the new detailed format.  Adding new report on GE’s Login id for monitoring Un Assigned complaints for areas EM (East), EM (West), BR (East) and BR (West)  Analysis report – Enabling ALL option on report filter.  Adding new option for users to REOPEN closed complaints for status - Closed by MES if job unsatisfactory.  Providing report filter to generate report for the status (a) Complaints closed by MES and (b) Complaints closed by users.  Enabling QR Code based CHS Total Quantity :
