directed. 3 Description all as per srl item no 1 here-in-before but100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply and fixing DI fittingsfor Flanged Pipes such as Bends, Tapers, Tee Pieces (single & double branch) any type angle/radius & straight connection Pieces etc., complete all as specified and directed. 5 Taking down old DI/GI/CI Pipe 200 mm dia and keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and directed. 6 Taking down old DI/GI/CI Pipe 150 mm dia and keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and directed. 7 Taking down old DI/GI/CI Pipe 100 mm dia and keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and directed. 8 Taking down old DI/GI/CI Pipe 80 mm dia and keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and directed. 9 Taking down old GI Pipe 20 mm dia and keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and directed. 10 Taking down old GI Pipe 25 mm dia and keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and directed. 11 Taking down old GI Pipe 40 mm dia and keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and directed. 12 Taking down old GI Pipe 50 mm dia and keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and directed. 13 Supply, laying, jointing and testing DI (ductile Iron) pipe with flanged joints, Class “K-9” , 200 mm (4”) dia including all fiting required with rubber Joint etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. 14 Description all as per srl item no 13 here-in-before butsize 150 mm bore. 15 Description all as per srl item no 13 here-in-before butsize 100 mm bore. 16 Supply, laying and testing 20 mm bore GI Pipe medium grade including all GI fitings such as bends, tee, elbow, socket etc., laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. 17 Description all as per srl item no 16 here-in-before but25 mm bore. 18 Description all as per srl item no 16 here-in-before but40 mm bore. 19 Description all as per srl item no 16 here-in-before but50 mm bore. 20 Description all as with 02 Nos of rubber gaskets, nut bolts and washers along with SS spindle, Sluice valve rising spindle type with operating wheel suitable to connect in DI pipe including taking out old sluice valve all as per srl item no 22 here-in-before butsize 200 mm . 26 M&L for Run lead joints suitable for 300mm bore CI pipes confirm to latest IS including nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed. 27 Description all as per srl item no 26 here-in-before but size of pipe 250 mm bore. 28 Description all as per srl item no 26 here-in-before but size of pipe 200 mm bore. 29 Description all as per srl item no 26 here-in-before but size of pipe 150 mm bore. 30 Description all as per srl item no 26 here-in-before but size of pipe 100 mm bore. 31 M&L for construction of brick masonarry new valve pit chamber of size 1200mmx1200mmx 1200mm (internal ) size 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 lean concrete foundation using 40mm graded stone aggregate providing well burnt brick masonary wall of 230mm thick built in CM 1:6rendering in cement 1:6 finished even and smooth using extra cement internally and 20mmthickin CM 1:4 externally and finished fair and even without using extra cement including 3.15 mm thick MS sheet steel cover fixed on 50mmx50mmx6mm thick angle ironframe embbeded in PCC copingwith locking arrangement and 1 Nos 50mm size 4 levers lock with key in duplicate Standard size and MS hold fast and handle made out of 25 x 6mm flat iron appplyingtwo coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Red Oxide) to all exposed surface and making good to all disturbed surface to match surrounding complete all as specified and directed. 32 Supply and fixing of 20 mm bore gun metal gate valve heavy duty with iron wheel screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed. 33 Description all as per srl item no 32 here-in-before but25 mm bore. 34 Description all as per srl item no 32 here-in-before but40 mm bore. 35 Description all as per srl item no 32 here-in-before but50 mm bore. 36 S&F in repair Mild steel framedwork such as grills, gratings, MS Sheets, Angles etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framedbalusters; walk ways; railings;framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including cutting welding grinding and painting 2 coat syenthic enamel paint over redoxide all as specified and directed. 37 Supply and fixing of air release valve DIof size 80 mm bore with 02 Nos of air- outlets fixing up in DI water pipe line, MS Clamps with welded socket of suitable size, nut, bolt, washer, gasket including drilling and air ball including taking down old unserviceable Valve complete all as specifiedand directed. 38 Description all as per srl item no 37 here-in-before but size of air relase Valve 100 mm. 39 Description all as per srl item no 37 here-in-before but size of air relase Valve 150 mm. 40 S&F of Cast Iron Air Valves with two air Outlets, 50mm dia bore and fixing in water pipe line with all connected fitting complete all as specifiedand directed. 41 M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 42 M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm grade crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations fillingand mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 43 Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for water pipe linein Hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 44 Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and wall remming in layers not exc 25 cm thick (soil) complete all as specified and directed. 45 Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
