(600/300/5A) 18 33 KV outdoor/indoor type cable jointing kits. 19 11 KV outdoor/indoor type cable jointing kits. 20 Erection/Fixing & laying/Installation of following materials as per RESPO manual and as per direction to Supervising Engineer (complete in all respect). Work includes the cost of labour,T&P by providing nut, bolt, Stone pad, G.I. Pipe 6 dia and all other acessaries/material for proper completion of work. 21 For 33 KV Line, Single pole structure 13/11/9/8.5 Mtr. long ST Poles :- Excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole), providing and laying of stone pad (300x300x75mm.) in the bottom of the pit. Erection of support (pole) complete with fixing of 11 KV V-Type cross-arms and all other accessories by providing stone pad, cross arms, holding clamps, f-bracket and nuts & bolts etc. as per RESPO Norms. 22 For 11 KV Line, Single pole structure 13/11/9/8.5 Mtr. long PCC Poles :- Excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole), providing and laying of stone pad (300x300x75mm.) in the bottom of the pit. Erection of support (pole) complete with fixing of 11 KV V-Type cross-arms and all other accessories by providing stone pad, cross arms, holding clamps, f-bracket and nuts & bolts etc. as per RESPO Norms. 23 For 11 KV Line, Double Pole structure with 13/11/9/8.5 Mtr. long PCC Poles :- Excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole). Erection of support (pole) complete work by fixing of D.P. Clamps and all other accessories. The work includes fabrication work and fixing of cross bracing sets, cutting holes complete work as per RESPO Norms. 24 Grouting of Poles Single line support :- Grouting of support in CC 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) Grouting will be done in the block of size 45cm x 45cm x 1/6th of full length of the support upto ground level as per RESPO Norms. 25 Grouting of stay rods (20x1800mm.) including all works of excavation, cement concrete in size of (0.60x0.60x0.30)M in the ratio of 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc. 26 Fixing, tightening and nozelling of stay wire with stay rod and stay insulators with the pole of required tension by providing stay clamps, nuts, bolts etc. 27 Earthing of support with MS Earth Rod of (20x2500)mm. long including excavation of pit and driving MS Rod 3.0M apart from support and 0.5M below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of G.I. Wire No.6 SWG tightening with nuts and bolts. 28 Laying, sagging, stringing and binding of ACSR Dog Conductor with all other accessories on pole as per RESPO Norms. 29 Laying, sagging, stringing and binding of ACSR Rabbit Conductor with all other accessories on pole as per RESPO Norms. 30 Laying of 33 KV XLPE cable of size 3x300 sq.mm and making connections as per RESPO Norms. 31 Laying of 33 KV XLPE cable of size 3x185 sq.mm and making connections as per RESPO Norms. 32 Filling and fixing of 11 KV indoor type cable joining kits as per Respo norms. 33 Filling and fixing of 11 KVoutdoor type cable joining kits as per Respo norms. 34 Providing G.I.
