Temporary electrification & illumination workaround Netaji Indoor Stadium and different car parking zones under MESD for 30th Kolkata International Film Festival(KIFF) 2024.- 1 Supply and drawing of the following sizes pvc insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper wire on hire basiswith carrying cost at the sites and dismantling as per direction of EIC including socketing,glanding and necessary finishing as required for 1 Day. 2 7/0.029 Sqmm Single Core Copper Wire 3 3/0.029Sqmm Single Core Copper Wire 4 Supply and drawing of the following sizes pvc insulated and unsheathed multicore aluminium armoured cable on hire basiswith carrying cost at the sites and dismantling as per direction of EIC including socketing,glanding and necessary finishing as required for 1 Day. 5 4C X 35 Sqmmcable 6 4C X 25 Sqmmcable 7 4C x16 sq mm cable 8 Providing and installation on Hire basis 500VTPN MS with rewirable fuse/HRC fusefixed on angle iron frame incl providing necy inter connection wiring, 2 nosof earthing with earthing attachment and dismantling as directed by EIC after the programme for 1 Day. 9 i) 415V, 32 A 10 ii) 415V, 63A 11 Providing and installation on hire basis power BDB/TPNMCBDB 415V , 100/125Amp 4 Pole MCB isolator as incomer with 32Amp or 64 Amp per way(min 4 Way) out going connection, with all arrangement in a outdoor type pillar box incl interconnection with proper socketing and dismantling as direcyted by EIC after the programme for 1 Day 12 Providing and installation on hire basis 415 V, 125 A on load changeover switchincl interconnection with proper socketing and dismantling( with proper earthing arrangment) as direcyted by EIC after the programme for 1 Day 13 Providing and installation on hire basis 500 V, 63Amp/32Amp 4 Pole MCB fixed on sheet metal box with proper socketing and dismantling as direcyted by EIC after the programme for 1 Day 14 Providing and Fixing on hire basisfollowing LED Flood lightfittings complete with all accessories(like Clamps, nuts and bolts as required) and dismantling as directed by EIC after the programme for 1 Day 15 Minimum 150 Watt LED Flood fittings. 16 Minimum 200 Watt LED Flood fittings. 17 Providing on hire basis5A/15A plug socket completewith necy wiring in 3x 1.5 sqmm single core copper wire and dismantling as directed by EIC after the programme.(Aveg Run-3 Mtr) for 1 Day 18 Providing on hire basis 10/9 mtrs steel tublar pole with Arm Bracket and earthing of the pole (Single/Double As required as per site condition) and dismantling as directed by E.I.C for 1 Day 19 Maintenance, operation and Guarding arrangement of the installation of temporary lighting around the dock 4 skilled labour x1 shift& 4 helper x 1 shift per day throughout the programme period.for 1 Day 20 Transportation charge for the materials from Companys godown to Site and return back to godown after use. 21 Providing on hire basis 440V, 3 Phase 125 kVA CPCB approved diesel generator set for Prime/Standby operation for 3 days, the DG must be properly serviced before running them on site incl transportation charges,operation charges, mobil charges without Diesel for the match period.The DG will be run during programme days for 1 Day 22 Providing on hire basis suitable Public Address System with operator for theday of programme.The amplifier should be of minimum 400Watt forpolice announcement purpose with horn minimun 4 Numbers,microphone 1 number with stand,inclusive all necessary connection as required as per direction of EIC. for 1 Day 23 Providing & Earthing on hire basis with 50 mm dia GI Pipe 2.5 to 3 mtrs. Long and 6/8 SWG GI wire with galvanized nuts and bolts washer etc. below ground level on hire basis and dismantling the same. for 1 Day 24 18 % GST on the total amount fromSL no 1 to 14. 25 Supply and handing charges for diesel and mobil for the above generators will be provided on production of actual invoice 26 Special Terms and conditions for Temporary E.I. Work -1) Earthing should conform to IS specification. Earth Continuity wire should not be broken / Jointed. Single Earth continuity wire should be used from Earth Bus-Bar to the installation.2) All 3ɸ Electrical Panel Should be earthed by two nos. of separate earthing and 1ɸ panel should be earthed by one no earthing.3) MCB / Rewirable Fuse type Distrubution Board should be installed with proper Trip Current setting / fuse wires. However, MCB type DBs are preferable.4) No Part of the Electrical Circuit in the pandal / Structure shall be within 12 inches of any decorative cloth / paper.5) Ordinary Flexible wires should not be used. Only new PVC insulated & sheathed wires (Bearing ISI mark) or PVC insulated wires of FRLS (Fire Resistant Low Smoke) type (ISI Marked) are allowed.6) All cable ends should be properly sockedted.7) All joints shall be made with porceline insulated connectors. Twisted & lapped joints shall be avoided. But Joints are strictly not allowed in the dias.8) Cables / Wires should run along outside the Dias.9) Ceiling fan (s) / Electrical fittings must not be suspended from the ceiling of Dias. Pedestal fans are not allowed on the Dias. However, Pedestal fans may be installed outside dias, but the body of the fan must be properly earthed. 27 10) T/L fittings shall be of box type (Indoor commercial type). Any kind of open type fittings must be avoided.11) Each A.C. Machine should be connected with a separate circuit and earthing should be provided by separate single earth contunuity wire from Earth Bus-bar.12) P.A. System and Microphone shoud be earthed.13) Sufficient quantity of Fire Extinguishers and First Aid Box should be provided.14) If the DGs are not placed at site on time pro rata rate will be reduced from bill.15) The guarding /security arrangement of all the hired products /installation has to be made by the successful bidder at his/their own cost and responsibility. No additional charge will be paid for any unwanted incidents like theft, damage due to natural calamities or any other reasons whatsoever.16)During entire hiring period any fault to the hired installation shall be rectified/faulty items replaced, at the cost of agency. Suitable man power for attending and rectification/replacement of damaged items has to be provided by the agency at their own cost. Rectification time is 1 hour for the event day and upto 2hrs for other days.17) A test certificate cum safety certificate is to be provided by the agency, duly signed by the Supervisor of the agency after completion of installation.18) A performance guarantee of hired DG sets and AC machines has to be provided by the agency after completion.
