Tender For Maintenance operation And Development of Expressway (Construction And Maintenance of Old Underpass Approach Road And Expressway Service Road In Front Of Advant Tower Sector-142 Side) Noida, 1 Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : Bituminous road. 2 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent designmix) 3 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with morth grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (wmm) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.. 406(4.12) 5 Prime Coat over WMM/WBMProviding and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70to 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means. 502 (5.1) 6 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.25 to .30 kg per square metre on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 7 Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading 2Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per centby weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. 8 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rae of 0.25kg per square metre on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 9 Bituminous Concrete Grading 2Providing and laying bituminous concrete withhigher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects 507 (5.5B) 10 Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete. (Considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specification).40 mm thick 11 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas(exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.) (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). All works upto plinth level 19 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 20 Providing walls putty on new surface with approved quality material of Berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats. 21 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture 22 Providing and Laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.50mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes. Rates are inclusive of all taxes, royalty. GST etc. all T&P/machine, material and labour required for proper completion of work. Chapter 10 19.1 New Item 23 Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded part 4 : 1973. Use of Median Marker provides safety against collision happening with medians during night time, or severe weather. Flexible Median Markers shall be provided with fluorescent yellow colour retro-reflective sheeting Type XI as per IRC:67. Flexible Median Marker shall be of tough, high impact resistant, injection-molded, thermoplastic body with property of flexibility to provide high durability and U shape structure having rebound/ bounce back property. the sheeting shall be of Type XI conforming to IRC:67 and it should be on both the faces whereby providing maximum reflectivity at 1,anger distances with adequate durability. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body during the injection molding process. FMM shall be fixed by a combination bf epoxy adhesive and grouting/drilling on concrete medians or property constructed solid medians. Height: The marker height shall be a minimum of 180 mm. width 120 mm & Body Thickness: 6.5 mm. the shanks shall not be less than 20 mm and depth shall not be less than 30 mm Reflective Area: Shall not be less than 90 cm square. Proof of the same Report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. The body of FMM shall bounce back to its original position of after 750 number of hits using pendulum of 1.8 kg conforming 40 ASTM D256 adhesion between the body and outer casing body of FMM shall with stand 50 kg f Tensile loads conforming to ASTM D638 method. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 25 Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design and shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with the sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
