    Tender For Repairs To Drr No 2016760 Wilson-2 Repairs to the clutch system of the machine by way of dismantling of the clutch system and extracting of theworn out/ damaged parts and then cleaning with petrol and waste clothand then p/f of new parts i.e single clutch plate -1no,ring adjustment- 1no. , pin for lever – 1no.Complete job including cost of material and labour charges to execute the job. 3 Repairs to the radiator of the machine by dismantling it and thendismantling upper and lower tanks and soldering the damaged water jackets , repairs to the tank. Providing and fitting of rubber pad (309-1.3)- 2 nos., radiator cap – 01 no. , fan cowl(309-1-2)-1no., nuts and bolts-6nos . Assembling of radiator and cleaningit with diesel and causticsoda then washing it properly and checking its leakage . Job includes p/f of hose pipe set with clamps and water body assembly . Complete job including cost of material and labour charges to execute the job. 4 Repairs to self includes the replacement of worn out partswhich includes carbonbushes , contact pointand defective rods, armature etc. . The jobincludes complete insulation. Assembling of complete unit . The complete cost of materialand labour charges including of all taxes. 5 Repair to brake assembly by way of dismantling and P/F of 02 nos. – brake strap assembly 308-2-14 .2 sets lining 308-2-9 , spring of adjusting rod – 308-2-10-2nos. , joint pin 308-2-24-01 no. , rivets- 38 no. . Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges( skilled and unskilled)including of all taxes.
