Tender For Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Cold Storage At Main Kitchen At Hotel Samrat, New Delhi; 1 Dismantling and shifting the existing old cold storage unit including removing electrical connections, indoor unit, condenser unit, PUF panels and door complete with cutting and shifting the scrap to scrap yard within the hotel premises or as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 2 Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Air cooled refrigeration machine of capacity 9000 BTU/Hr suitable for temperature of - 18o Celsius to -20o Celsius.a) Panel Size: - Approximately 162” (L) X 139” (B) X 104” (H) all external (Contractor to ascertain exact dimensions of panel after visiting the site) inside SS and outside PP.b) Construction: - Pre-fabricated PUF insulated Panels of minimum 100mm sheet and density 40 Kg/m3 including floor insulation.c) Fabricated from 0.5mm thick stainless steel SS-304 and PP-GI sheet for outer finish. Puff thickness 100mm all complete with one inch RPUF insulation complete with polythene sheet as vapor barrier at drain piping and suction line. Floor of PUF slabs of thickness 100mm complete with insulation as required.d) Door:- Thickness of 100mm PUF panel internal SS and outer PP-GI, size 34”X78” complete with accessories like SR door closure, light with switch, digital temperature indicator, metal door handle with lock, replaceable magnetic gasket, oblique hinges complete with safety release knob.e) Refrigerant: - Suitable CFC free refrigeration machines completely independent.
