Tender For Special Repairs To Road At Married Accommodation Reynolds Raod, Trichy Area Under Ge Wellington; 1 Material and labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using VG-30 grade paving bitumen and putting in premixed bituminous macadam using VG-30, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of hole exceeding 30mmcomplete all as specified and as directed. 2 Material and labour for preparing existing blacktopsurfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bagsto remove all loose dirt applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm usingVG-30 grade paving bitumen etc complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Material and labour for Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Material and labour for Applying 2 mm thick road marking paint with reflective thermoplastic white road marking paint confirming to BS-3262 (1989), either continuous or broken lines over existing or new painting surfaces of cement or bituminous surface, laid down through road marking machine using thermo plastic material by incorporating the white glass powder for reflectivity in 100 mm width in white or golden yellow colour by using applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil grease and foreign material etc complete as direction of Engr-in-Charge and in accordance with applicable specification complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Supply and fix in repairs CAT eyes solar reflective type of matel body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PMMA strip lens reflector of model No DA 972 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size & conforming to IS as permanufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Demolition of cemnet concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. 7 Material and labour for 80 mm thick, M-40 Grade, Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 including laid over 50mm thick sand filling with watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed. 8 Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed. 9 Material and labour for 130 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors/ pavings, finished even and fair etc complete all as specified and directed.
