Tender For Reconductoring Using Lt Abc Under Vazhavila I Transformer Area- 1 Labour 2 Insertion of one HT PSC pole in existing line incl. digging & backfilling pit, fitting cross arm, insulators, binding etc. 3 Additional rate for excavation of one Pit for HT Pole/HT Stay in Hard Laterite. 4 Providing one Coil Earth using GI earth wire, digging separate pit at standard distance away from the pole/structure & backfilling. 5 Erecting one LT PSC Pole in position incl. digging & back filling pit. 6 Providing Stay for LT poles incl. digging & back filling pit. 7 Additional rate for excavation of one Pit for LT Pole/LT Stay in Hard Laterite. 8 Renewal of existing damaged/old LT PSC/RCC (Sph line) pole with new PSC pole in place and refitting of all items incl. conveyance (except pole). 9 Renewal of existing damaged/broken old LT stay with existing stay rod. 10 Renewal of existing damaged/old LT Strut with new PSC strut in place and refitting of all items incl. conveyance (except pole). 11 Straightening one Slanted LT pole after unbinding the line and rebinding the line after work. 12 Dismantling and reconnecting Sph service connection from the OH line incl. lowering down the WP portion. 13 Dismantling and reconnecting 3ph service connection from the OH line incl. lowering down the WP portion. 14 Dismantling (without damage) one LT PSC/RCC pole after disconnecting stays, strut etc. and stacking the same. 15 Dismantling (without damage) one km LT Sph 2 wire OH line, cross arms, insulators and stacking the conductors in rolls. 16 Dismantling (without damage) one km LT 3ph 4 wire OH line, cross arms, insulators and stacking the conductors in rolls. 17 Dismantling (without damage) one km LT additional conductor line, cross arms, insulators and stacking the conductors in rolls. 18 Dismantling one ordinary street light/CFL/LED fitting from existing pole and refitting the same on newly erected pole and reconnecting. 19 Loading HT PSC pole from the stacking place and unloading the same at work site (transport by vehicle). 20 Loading LT PSC pole from the stacking place and unloading the same at work site (transport by vehicle). 21 Transporting poles by hired vehicle to a distance upto 5km and carrying upto 4 poles excluding loading & unloading. 22 Stringing of 1.1 kV Aerial bunched cable of size 3 x 70 + 1 x 16+1x 50 sqmm with bare/insulated Messenger through existing poles 23 Erection of Anchor clamp / dead end clamp for LT ABC of any size 24 Erection of suspension clamp for LT ABC of any size 25 Providing Cable Tie 26 Installing One No. Insulation piercing connector of size Main:16 to 95 ,Tap:1.5 to 16 Sq.mm 27 Installation of Insulation piercing connector for main to service line main :16-95 sqmm, Tap : 4-35 sqmm 28 Installation of Insulation piercing connector for main to service line main :25-95 sqmm, Tap : 25-95 sqmm 29 Installation of Pre-insulated lugs for 16sqmm 30 Installation of Pre-insulated lugs for 70sqmm 31 Fitting of one No. pole top service connection box of standard size (up to 4 way) using ss strap/B&N of suitable size in to the PSC/A poles at the standard height excluding giving connections 32 Providing End Caps 33 Installing One No. 4 way Satellite Connector of size Main :16 to 95, Tap:4 to 35 Sq.mm to the LT AB cable of Standard size 34 Transporting LT ABC by hired vehicle to a distance up to 5 km and carring up to 2 drum including loading and un loading using crane
