Independent set of set points for 4th Channel. 4-20mA output for remote temperature indicationAux. Supply: 85-270 VAC/DC (Optionally 20-50 VAC/DC). (Make: Almonard /Crompton/Khaitan / Havells /Smlr Superior make ) 23 Supply & fixing of Door knobs with keysin existing LT panel etc as required. 24 Providing2 Lock & 1 key sets for interlocking of ACBs of schneider/L&T makes i/c suitable arrangements etc as required. 25 Servicing of 3 panel 11 KV HT switchboard i/c cleaning contacts, verifying ON/OFF operations with rectifying the mechanism faults, setting right any minor arrangements cleaning the terminals, greasing, verifying proper functioning, cleaning the dust, testing for insulation value and operational mechanisms and commissioning etc as required 26 Complete 2 coat Enamel Painting for the HT VCB 3 Panel , including replacing of faulty door hinges, door locks, sealing gaskets & hardwares as per the instructions of the site incharge etc as reqd 27 Carrying out injection testing of Over current and earth fault (IDMT) relay operation with primary / Secondary current injection, adjusting /calibration of relays and verifying proper functioning, setting up discriminationetc as required 28 Carrying out following Pre-commissioning Tests of 1250 KVA, 11 KV/433 Volts , Dry type Transformer by disconnecting Primary & secondary connections, i/c isolation etc as required.a. Ratio testb. Magnetic Balance check c. Vector testd. Insulation valuee. Back Feed test 29 Servicing ofACBs of rating 800/2500/4000 Amps ratings i/c checking of ACBs for operating mechanism and applying lubricants for mechanism as required, cleaning of switches with blowers, tightening of bolts and nuts, checking of insulation, loose connection of cable terminations, control wiring etc. as required. 30 Fixing of existingGI cable ladder trays of various sizes ranging from 300 mm to 600 mmincluding providing required supports/ hanging rods , accessories etc.,as per the site conditions as required.
