Tender For Cement Concrete Works; 1 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loamclay or sand)including 30 m.from the foundationlift upto 1.5 meter and lead upto 30 meter.and includingfilling watering and ramming of excavatedearth in to the spce between the building and sides of the foundation trenches or into the plinth and removel and disposal of surplus earth and directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30 m.from the foundation trenchesincluding all T&P phowarah and basket etc complete.(SI No.251) 2 Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 withnominal mix M-10, P.C.C.(1:3:6) 3 Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203 4 Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 12 mm thick on brickwork in substructure as per technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204 5 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50cm thickness to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 6 Construction of unreinforced ,dowel jointed at expension construction joint only,plain cement concrete pavement,thickness as per design ,over a prepared subbase with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 GRADE ,coarse and fine aggregate conferming to IS:383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight bathcher using approved mixed design, laid in approved fixed side form work(steel channel ,laying and fixing of 125micron thick polytheen film, wedges,steel plate including levelling the form work),spreeding the cincrete with shovel,rakes ,compacted using needles,screed and plate vibrator and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion,construction joint,applyinf debonding streips ,primer,sealants,dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joint ,admixtures as approved,curing of concrete slab for 14th day curing (where specified) and water finshing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specfication clause 1501
